📌Tu misión…
Reportando a Dirección de Grandes Cuentas Nacionales, te responsabilizarás de garantizar la correcta ejecución de la estrategia comercial, visibilidad de marca y cumplimiento de acuerdos comerciales en los puntos de venta asignados del canal de Grandes Cuentas, maximizando la presencia y rotación de producto, detectando oportunidades de negocio y contribuyendo al crecimiento de las marcas.
📌Como Gestor/a de Grandes Cuentas Nacionales en Hijos de Rivera, ¿qué harás…?
- Gestión Comercial y Operativa en PDV:
Visitas programadas a PDVs asignados.
Verificación de surtido, acuerdos y promociones pactadas.
Negociación de espacios adicionales y segundas exposiciones.
Ejecución de acciones promocionales, degustaciones y lanzamientos.
Supervisión de colocación de material PLV.
- Desarrollo de Ventas:
Impulso de surtido en clientes actuales.
Coordinación con Wine Ambassador, Brand Ambassador, Spirit Ambassador y otros perfiles.
Identificación de oportunidades para ampliación de surtido y mejora de rotación.
Propuesta de acciones comerciales adaptadas a cada cuenta.
- Gestión de Incidencias:
Resolución de incidencias de pedidos, facturación, stock y material.
Coordinación con SAC, Logística y Delegados Comerciales.
Seguimiento de pedidos de material PLV.
- Coordinación Interna:
Enlace entre PDV y áreas internas: Trade Marketing, Ventas, SAC, etc.
Coordinación de instalaciones y recursos promocionales.
Liderazgo de comandos comerciales y acciones especiales en canal de Grandes Cuentas.
- Análisis y Reporte:
Elaboración de informes de actividad diaria y semanal.
Auditoría de visibilidad y promociones.
Control y análisis de resultados de las acciones ejecutadas.
Reporte de oportunidades de negocio y mejora.
- Prospección Comercial:
Detección de nuevos contactos y oportunidades en PDV.
Derivación de potenciales cuentas a Delegados Comerciales.
Apoyo en aperturas de nuevos puntos de venta.
💡Estamos buscando a una persona con gran orientación a resultados y al trabajo en equipo, y alto nivel de proactividad comercial, coordinación, planificación y negociación, y además… ¿Qué esperamos de ti?
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años realizando funciones similares a las solicitadas.
- Conocimiento y experiencia previa en sector bebidas/alimentación de más de 3 años.
- Formación Mínima: Bachiller. Valorables formaciones de Grado Superior (FP2, Grado, Diplomatura, etc.).
- Valorable formación complementaria en área Comercial/Ventas.
- Conocimiento de la gestión de Grandes Cuentas de canal Horeca Organizada.
- Nivel alto en MS Office (Excel) y CRM.
- Inglés: Valorable B2.

Purpose
We are looking for an Account Manager that is responsible for our client’s global campaigns adaptation in the Australian Market. This profile will be part of a Global HUB held in Barcelona that is responsible of the local adaptation for many campaigns in various markets.
Being the main responsible as a contact for the Australian Market, will be in charge of communicating to the creative team clear briefings for Always On campaigns, main launches in the market and follow-up campaigns in a 360 base: TV, prints, OOH and digital. Understanding the client’s and agency needs ensuring a daily basis contact with all stakeholders involved.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their projects requirements. Be the main point of contact for clients and build a trusting relationships with them.
- Presenting and negotiating (with specialized profiles if necessary) project plans and ensuring their correct implementation in the different markets.
- Working with all agency departments to ensure all projects are correctly developed.
- Ensure the correct implication both of client and agency profiles on the planned dates for projects.
- Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with client and suppliers at all stages.
- Arranging and scheduling meetings that fit with projects plans.
- Delivery of the media plans for Australia.
- Proven experience of at least 6 years in an advertising agency.
- Experience in managing 360 ° advertising campaigns and social media management.
- Previous experience managing/mentoring others.
- Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and able to manage several projects at the same time.
- Excellent attention to detail and effective organizational abilities.

About the Role
