What You Will Do
- Make outbound to our current customers to present them solutions for their business to ensure they will generate significantly more revenue with TheFork month over month
- Support, mainly through email and phone, our Restaurants customers and help them with their positioning strategy, revenue management and online marketing
- Selling, upselling and retaining products and customers
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Ensure the support and training to use our tools
- Products sold and maintained across your portfolio (this will be your main task!)

Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des opérations de notre branche Marketing Local, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales & Operations.
Votre rôle principal consistera à garantir la réussite des campagnes clients en analysant les données et en fournissant des rapports détaillés sur l’efficacité des actions. Vous proposerez des recommandations stratégiques en phase de brief puis d’optimisation et serez régulièrement en interface directe avec les clients. 🤝
Vous serez le ou la garant·e du suivi et du reporting de nos campagnes digitales locales (souvent personnalisées par point de vente ou zone de chalandise) et jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients. 🏆
Missions
• Suivi et Analyse des Campagnes
- Assurer le bon déroulement des campagnes publicitaires en ligne (display, search, social media, etc.), en veillant à l’atteinte des objectifs fixés (KPIs).
- Suivre la performance des campagnes, analyser les résultats et identifier des leviers d’amélioration. 📈
- Élaborer des rapports réguliers sur les performances des campagnes (CPC, eCPC, CPV, ROAS, etc.) et fournir des insights pour améliorer les résultats.
• Coordination Interne
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour assurer la bonne exécution des projets.
- Participer à des réunions de projet pour garantir le respect des délais, des budgets et des KPIs.

Profil recherché
- Formation : Diplôme en marketing digital, communication, ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans la gestion de comptes digitaux en agences médias ou en régies médias digitales.
- Compétences techniques : Connaissance des plateformes publicitaires (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Compétences analytiques : Capacité à interpréter des données et à en tirer des conclusions.
- Compétences linguistiques : Français natif C1/C2, Anglais professionnel.

Dependiendo
de la Gerencia del centro y de la Directora Comercial, recibirás formación en
diversas áreas con vistas a incorporarte a medio plazo a uno de nuestros
centros de catering aéreo nacional o internacional.
MISIONES:
Colaboración
activa con el equipo comercial y del centro para asegurar la calidad de
servicio a nuestros clientes:
- Comunicación
y transmisión de las necesidades de nuestros clientes al equipo, siendo interlocutor/a y enlace principal entre cliente y operativos. - Gestión
y control de los datos del cliente en nuestro ERP. - Controlar
la conformidad de los servicios prestados y asegurar la satisfacción del
cliente (catas, chequeos de vuelo y carga, revisión de inventarios,
seguimiento de incidencias y plan de acción, preparación de auditorías o
visitas…) - Revisión
de facturación, control de rentabilidad y seguimiento de puntualidad en
cobros.
Para
llevar a cabo esta función de Ejecutivo/a de cuenta, entre las más dinámicas y
completas de nuestra empresa, e impactar visiblemente en la gestión del centro,
tanto en la calidad de servicio al cliente como en los resultados económicos
del sitio, recibirás una formación operativa y en nuestro ERP.
Tipo
de contrato: contrato de duración inicial de 12 meses que podrá dar lugar a una
colaboración internacional a largo plazo.
- Recién
graduado/a en ADE, Marketing, Economía, Ingeniería, o similares. - Dominio
del inglés y del castellano - Dominio
de las herramientas Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook…) y
habituado a trabajar en entorno digital. - Capacidad
para comunicar eficientemente, trabajar en equipo y liderar proyectos. - Actitud
dinámica, proactiva y resolutiva. - Capacidad
analítica y atención al detalle. - Voluntad
de desarrollarse en funciones transversales, tanto comerciales como de
control y coordinación operativas.

The Sales Representative for Airzone in New Markets in Northern, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe will be primarily responsible for expanding and consolidating the company's presence in these regions, driving sales growth, and strengthening relationships with clients and distributors.
Additionally, this position also involves providing support in commercial and marketing activities in other new European markets, including the UK, Ireland, Germany, Benelux, and Central Europe.
Main duties:
- Identify and develop new export sales opportunities.
- Market research in HVAC and IT Sector
- Analise Market trends, laws, regulations and trade restrictions.
- Analise competitors.
- Define product requirements for market.
- Develop company presentations.
- Identify potential partners.
- Create installers network.
- Relations with IT and HVAC Manufacturers, developers, distributors, Reps, builders, and installers.
- Support to marketing strategies of the company (trade shows, industry events, ...).
- Managing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customers’ needs.
- Provide Customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Accounts Payment management and incident monitoring.
- In-person/Online meetings to search, attract, retain and help building client relationships.
- Product technical trainings
- Periodic CRM reporting (visits to customers, quotations, ...) and feedback.
- Manage the database of customers in your area using CRM. Creating sales reports, forecasts and analysis.
- Technical product presentations and training to customers to help them commission and troubleshoot the systems.
- Technical post-sale management in coordination with technical support department.
- Project monitoring from the beginning to the end.
- Communicate with MEP Engineers to get the Airzone systems specified
- Projects’ drafting in Coordination with the project department.
- Follow-up of projects in between we are specified and the sale is done
- Preparation, monitoring and negotiation of quotations and projects.
- Close sales deals
- Project management at construction level (installation monitoring and/or follow-up).
- Ensure customer (developer/engineer/contractor/installer/end user) satisfaction.
- Collaborating with various internal departments such as production, logistics, finance, human resources, marketing, tech support, back office, projects, training, web support, …
- Collaboration with other SAMs in EMEA Market
- Collaboration with other Markets
- Solid understanding of the technical aspects of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Understanding industry trends, challenges, regulations, and competitors
- Committed to continuous learning and professional development, including attending training programs, workshops, industry events, and staying informed through relevant publications and resources. Training programs in technology, new products, sales methodologies, negotiation skills, objection handling, customer relationship management (CRM), communication skills, including active listening, questioning techniques, and presentation skills.
- Coordination of commercial training for Sales Engineers, Reps, Distributors, and Manufacturers with Training Department.
Bachelor In Mechanical, Industrial Or Telecom Engineering Is Required.
English C2 (preferably native)
Based in Malaga
Availability to travel in Europe 50% of the time
