Company dedicated to the creation and editing of lighting fixtures.

 

We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded International Account Manager to lead the international expansion of our products. As part of a dynamic team of professionals, in a company with a long history in the sector, you will be responsible for developing new international markets, managing existing commercial relationships and ensuring the achievement of international sales objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement the export plan in line with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Manage and expand the network of distributors and agents abroad.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with international clients.
  • Coordinate logistics, documentation, and export processes.
  • Participate in international trade fairs and commercial missions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct market, competition, and international trends analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal regulations in destination countries.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Experience in international business development, preferably in lighting design or contract furniture.
  • Fluent in French and English (German is a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international regulations.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong results orientation.
