Purpose
We are looking for an Account Manager that is responsible for our client’s global campaigns adaptation in the Australian Market. This profile will be part of a Global HUB held in Barcelona that is responsible of the local adaptation for many campaigns in various markets.
Being the main responsible as a contact for the Australian Market, will be in charge of communicating to the creative team clear briefings for Always On campaigns, main launches in the market and follow-up campaigns in a 360 base: TV, prints, OOH and digital. Understanding the client’s and agency needs ensuring a daily basis contact with all stakeholders involved.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their projects requirements. Be the main point of contact for clients and build a trusting relationships with them.
- Presenting and negotiating (with specialized profiles if necessary) project plans and ensuring their correct implementation in the different markets.
- Working with all agency departments to ensure all projects are correctly developed.
- Ensure the correct implication both of client and agency profiles on the planned dates for projects.
- Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with client and suppliers at all stages.
- Arranging and scheduling meetings that fit with projects plans.
- Delivery of the media plans for Australia.
- Proven experience of at least 6 years in an advertising agency.
- Experience in managing 360 ° advertising campaigns and social media management.
- Previous experience managing/mentoring others.
- Must be able to function independently and still work well in a "team oriented" environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and able to manage several projects at the same time.
- Excellent attention to detail and effective organizational abilities.
- Office heavy user.
- User of project management tools such as Airtable, Trello, Asana, Adobe Workfront...
- English professional level.
- Car brand experience is a plus.
- CAD management experience
