About The Job
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. What You Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Be accountable for responding to customer requests by working with different areas (local, regional, and global levels), serving as a one-stop solution for clients.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze client needs and develop strategic solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Be accountable for responding to customer requests by working with different areas (local, regional, and global levels), serving as a one-stop solution for clients.
- Excellent finance knowledge.

About the role:
The Account Manager is a sales role responsible for contract value retention as well as growth through contract expansion by introducing new products and services. The territory for this role includes specific mid-sized clients in the Iberia region with revenue targets between $50 million - $750 million per year.

Descripción
Se busca un/a Gestor/a de Cuentas y Merchandising para gestionar y dinamizar una cartera de aproximadamente 200 farmacias, visitándolas cada cuatro semanas para implementar campañas de comunicación de laboratorios farmacéuticos y cosméticos. La persona seleccionada será el/la interlocutor/a principal con los farmacéuticos para potenciar la visibilidad de las marcas y productos, y mejorar el sell out en el punto de venta.
Funciones principales
- Visitar farmacias según cartera asignada para ejecutar campañas de comunicación y merchandising.
- Gestionar acciones de merchandising como organización y teatralización de lineales, cabeceras de góndola, mostradores y escaparates.
- Elaborar informes diarios con fotografías cualitativas de las actividades realizadas.
- Mantener y desarrollar la red de ubicaciones para la comunicación de laboratorios.

Buscamos un/a Account Manager para el equipo de Customer Success que combine dos superpoderes: cuidar a los clientes y hacer crecer la cuenta.

¿Qué tareas incluye esta posición?
- Onboarding personalizado: liderarás la entrega e implementación del producto adaptado a las necesidades de cada cliente, diseñando un customer journey específico que garantice el máximo valor desde el inicio.
- Gestión proactiva de cuentas: serás la persona de referencia para tu cartera de clientes, gestionando su ciclo de vida y asegurando su satisfacción (NPS alto, churn bajo).

- Upsell & renovaciones: identificarás oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de cada cuenta y trabajarás con Sales para cerrar upsells y gestionar renovaciones.
- Presentaciones y demos avanzadas: mostrarás nuevas funcionalidades y casos de uso, reforzando el valor del producto.
- Feedback para Producto y Marketing: serás la voz del cliente internamente, transmitiendo necesidades y oportunidades de mejora.
- Data-driven mindset: harás seguimiento de métricas clave (ARR, churn, NPS, ARPA) y de tu pipeline en el CRM (HubSpot ideal).
- Comunicación y engagement: diseñarás y ejecutarás estrategias de comunicación con clientes (emails, webinars, contenidos relevantes) para mantenerlos comprometidos.
Requisitos
- Experiencia: mínimo 2-3 años en roles de Customer Success, Account Management o similar en entorno SaaS B2B. Si además has tocado la parte comercial (upsells/renovaciones), suma puntos.
- Perfil híbrido: orientado a clientes y con visión comercial consultiva.
- Comunicación excelente en castellano (y preferiblemente catalán). Inglés fluido muy valorado, ya que abrimos mercado internacional.
- Capacidad analítica y orientación a métricas: churn, NPS, ARR, CAC, LTV… son siglas que no te asustan.
- Herramientas: experiencia usando CRMs (HubSpot ideal) y plataformas de email marketing (Mailchimp u otras).
- Mindset startup: multitarea, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
- Plus: conocimientos de copywriting y diseño para crear comunicaciones efectivas.
