The Ramp est une plateforme technologique spécialisée dans la publicité digitale locale à destination des réseaux d’enseignes et des marques nationales. Fondée en 2017, l’entreprise permet aux têtes de réseau et aux points de vente de lancer facilement des campagnes publicitaires ciblées, cohérentes avec la stratégie de marque, en tenant compte des zones de chalandise et des données de performance locales.
Connectée en API aux principales régies publicitaires (Google, Meta, YouTube, Waze, LinkedIn…), la plateforme centralise et automatise la gestion des campagnes locales sur tous les canaux. En 2025, The Ramp a rejoint Dataventure (Groupe EDG), renforçant ainsi son expertise en data marketing et en performance publicitaire multilocale.
Description du poste
Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des opérations de notre branche Marketing Local, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales & Operations.
Votre rôle principal consistera à garantir la réussite des campagnes clients en analysant les données et en fournissant des rapports détaillés sur l’efficacité des actions. Vous proposerez des recommandations stratégiques en phase de brief puis d’optimisation et serez régulièrement en interface directe avec les clients. 🤝
Vous serez le ou la garant·e du suivi et du reporting de nos campagnes digitales locales (souvent personnalisées par point de vente ou zone de chalandise) et jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients. 🏆
Missions
• Suivi et Analyse des Campagnes
- Assurer le bon déroulement des campagnes publicitaires en ligne (display, search, social media, etc.), en veillant à l’atteinte des objectifs fixés (KPIs).
- Suivre la performance des campagnes, analyser les résultats et identifier des leviers d’amélioration. 📈
- Élaborer des rapports réguliers sur les performances des campagnes (CPC, eCPC, CPV, ROAS, etc.) et fournir des insights pour améliorer les résultats.
• Coordination Interne
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour assurer la bonne exécution des projets.
- Participer à des réunions de projet pour garantir le respect des délais, des budgets et des KPIs.
• Veille et Innovation
- Se tenir informé·e des dernières tendances et technologies dans le domaine du digital et de l’analyse de données.
- Proposer de nouvelles idées et initiatives pour optimiser les résultats. 💡
Profil recherché
- Formation : Diplôme en marketing digital, communication, ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans la gestion de comptes digitaux en agences médias ou en régies médias digitales.
- Compétences techniques : Connaissance des plateformes publicitaires (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Compétences analytiques : Capacité à interpréter des données et à en tirer des conclusions.
- Compétences linguistiques : Français natif C1/C2, Anglais professionnel.
- Maîtrise des outils d’analyse : Excel (TCD, Recherche V), Google Analytics, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.
- Gestion de projet : Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter les délais.
- Travail d'équipe : Capacité à collaborer avec diverses équipes (création, technique, commercial).
- Relation client : Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens du service client.
- Proactivité : Initiative dans la recherche de solutions et d'opportunités pour les clients.

Seguimiento de pedidos de cliente

Despachos de importaciones, en algunos casos.
Preparar el programa semanal de la recepción y salida de piezas por almacén. (piezas que llegan y salen esa semana)
Verificar los packings de almacén para evitar errores (de los clientes asignados)
Recepcionar facturas con pedidos.

Experiencia demostrable en departamento logístico
