🎯 El reto

Buscamos un/a Junior Digital Product Manager / Product Owner para unirse a nuestro equipo y ayudar a mejorar y optimizar nuestra plataforma de venta.

Serás responsable de identificar las necesidades de los clientes y traducirlas al equipo de desarrollo, asegurando que las nuevas funcionalidades se implementen de forma eficiente y con impacto positivo en la experiencia del usuario.

🚀 Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

• Definir y priorizar la hoja de ruta para los desarrollos conjuntamente con el equipo de negocio.
• Coordinar los sprints con el equipo de desarrollo.
• Coordinar el testing de nuevas funcionalidades.
• Analizar el impacto de las nuevas funcionalidades cuando ya estén en producción.
• Detección y resolución ágil de incidencias con la plataforma.
• Investigación de mercado y análisis de la competencia.
• Comunicación y formación con otros equipos involucrados.
• Documentación funcional de los nuevos desarrollos.

🔍 Lo que buscamos en ti:

• Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en roles como Digital Product Manager, Project Manager o Product Owner.
• Conocimiento del entorno web / digital.
• Conocimiento en analítica web (Google analytics)
• Valorable experiencia en la gestión cultural.
• Valorable inglés y/o otros idiomas.
• Experiencia en entornos Agile es un plus.
• Perfil proactivo, con orientación a resultados y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
