Perfil buscado
- Formación superior (ADE, Economía); valorable MBA o formación ejecutiva.
- Trayectoria de al menos 8 años en posiciones de alta dirección, con experiencia definida en el sector de la alimentación, valorándose en organizaciones con fuerte componente de marca o gourmet..
- Experiencia en profesionalización de pymes o empresas familiares en crecimiento.
- Liderazgo colaborativo, capacidad de gestión de talento y cultura de equipo.
- Sensibilidad por los valores del producto, la excelencia y el cuidado del detalle.
- Experiencia previa en gestión de propiedad familiar: se considerará un must.
- Dominio de catalán, castellano e inglés.
