¿Qué estamos buscando?
Estamos buscando un VIP IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST, un equipo clave de nuestro ecosistema tecnológico. Nuestro trabajo consiste en un servicio especializado de atención 7x24 a usuarios de Alta dirección (VIP), que está formado por un equipo de soporte dedicado y altamente capacitado. Este equipo principalmente ofrece una atención técnica personalizada y una asistencia en la solución de problemas e incidencias de forma prioritaria con unos tiempos muy ajustados para cubrir con satisfacción los requerimientos del directivo.
Qué esperamos de ti:

Si tienes el espíritu, estos son los puntos indispensables que miraremos en tu CV:
- Formación requerida: Tener desde un grado superior (informática y comunicaciones; electricidad y electrónica) hasta grado en ingeniería (informática, telecomunicaciones, industriales, etc.), matemáticas o estudios similares; que te permitan tener una base sobre la que construir tu desarrollo y aportar en tu trabajo.
- Idioma: Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito (Nivel C1 o equivalente). Se valorarán otros idiomas, principalmente, portugués.
- Buen manejo en:
- Entornos Microsoft (incluido Office365), macOS y Android/iOS
- Conocimiento en Comms
- Conocimiento en Gestión/Administración por MDM de dispositivos
- Resolución de incidencias en Dispositivos móviles y equipos informáticos.

- Experiencia en departamentos de tecnología, o en ámbitos relacionados.
- Experiencia en Soporte a usuario final (4 años)
- Asistencia técnica remota/presencial y multidisciplinar a usuarios finales.
- Resolución de incidencias técnicas en equipos informáticos y dispositivos móviles. Indistintamente para entornos Microsoft, Apple y Android.
- Valorar las prioridades, requerimientos, expectativas, niveles de satisfacción y áreas de preocupación de los usuarios.
- Apoyo y asesoramiento en nuevas tecnologías, en aplicativos o en nuevos proyectos e implantaciones corporativas.
- Orientación y colaboración en la interlocución con áreas de IT vinculadas en una incidencia o requerimiento.
- Identificación de incidencias potencialmente recurrentes, realizando un correcto registro y documentación del cierre de las incidencias asignadas.
En qué vas a aportar valor:
- Analizar si las infraestructuras y sistemas están operando conforme a las políticas del Grupo y los estándares técnicos del sector de IT.
- Revisar las herramientas y mecanismos para la gestión y control de la tecnología en entornos productivos o pre-productivos.
- Hacer y diseñar pruebas técnicas que permitan contrastar si los controles implantados en las plataformas de TI funcionan o necesitan cambiarse, considerando los riesgos que pueden existir.
- Desarrollos tecnológicos que automaticen tests/pruebas sobre controles en diferentes entornos y plataformas.
Además, como parte de un equipo de trabajo, colaborarás en:
- Aportar las conclusiones de tu trabajo y aprender de las conclusiones de tus compañeros sobre los test y revisiones que han realizado.
- Interactuar con los equipos de tecnología del CIO, CTO y CISO para entender qué hacen, qué controlan, qué proyectos tienen y qué aspectos deben mejorar.

El rol principal será el de Asistente de IT, colaborando directamente con el IT Manager en diversas tareas estratégicas y operativas para impulsar la transformación digital y tecnológica de la organización:
· Gestión de plataformas digitales: Desarrollo, edición y actualización de nuestras plataformas web, trabajando en contenidos y estructura para usuarios internos y externos.
· Participación en proyectos digitales: Colaboración en proyectos estratégicos que involucran tanto aspectos técnicos como de operativa.
· Implantación y mejora de sistemas digitales internos: Realizar tareas técnicas de configuración, instalación y adaptación de herramientas tecnológicas internas, además de recoger necesidades, elaborar documentación técnica y redactar informes detallados.
· Estrategia de transformación digital: Participar activamente en la elaboración e implementación de la estrategia tecnológica global de ICEERS, aportando ideas innovadoras y proponiendo soluciones prácticas.
Perfil buscado:
· Estudiante universitario/a o de formación profesional en disciplinas relacionadas con Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas de Información, Negocios Digitales o afines.
· Interés en la tecnología, especialmente en herramientas digitales, automatización e inteligencia artificial.
· Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido, proactividad y autonomía.
· Buenas habilidades comunicativas, organizativas y orientación al usuario.
· Valorable conocimiento o interés en WordPress, Elementor, Kajabi, CRMs, AI, Data Mining y tecnologías Open Source (aunque no imprescindible).
· Se valorará positivamente el interés por trabajar en una ONG y contribuir a un impacto social tangible y positivo mediante su trabajo.

🚀 Estamos en la búsqueda de un/una Desarrollador/ra iOS Senior con al menos 6 años de experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles nativas para iOS.
🏡 Modalidad: Híbrido, Barcelona (residencia en la ciudad requerida)
🌐 Idiomas: Nivel de inglés: B2-C1 (Hablado y escrito)
Español fluido.
🎯 Tareas a realizar:
• Desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles usando Swift y SwiftUI
• Implementación de funcionalidades que cumplan con los estándares de accesibilidad de la Unión Europea
• Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares en entornos Agile
• Participación en tareas relacionadas con DevOps (deseable)
• Garantizar la calidad del código y buenas prácticas de desarrollo
📚 Lo que buscamos:
