• Apoyo en la documentación de proyectos nuevos y mantenimiento de infraestructura.
• Gestión de incidencias e instalaciones básicas.
• Revisión de alertas y seguimiento de eventos con proveedores.
• Revisión y seguimiento de KPIs.
• Colaboración con los equipos de Comunicaciones e Infraestructura, asegurando cobertura ante ausencias puntuales.
• Participación en proyectos de mejora como:
• Rediseño de comunicaciones entre oficinas.
• Renovación de autenticación.
• Propuestas económicas y planes de mejora.

¿Qué necesitas saber?

• Formación académica: Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Informática o similar.
• Conocimientos valorables:
• Redes (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Protocolos de red (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS).
• Infraestructura IT (servidores, virtualización).
• Inglés técnico (lectura y escritura) para documentación y comunicación con proveedores.
• Soft skills: Capacidad de análisis y organización, proactividad y orientación al aprendizaje.

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior IT Auditor you will contribute technically to Risk Assurance client projects and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You will also identify potential business opportunities and risks within projects and share any issues with senior members of the team. In line with EY GDS commitment to quality, you will perform high quality work.
Assisting in IT application security assessments (IT Application Controls, IT General Controls, Segregation of duties analysis).

About the role 

We now have the opportunity for a IT Operations Technician to join our Technology Department. We are looking for a highly driven, talented and experienced developer.

  

The role will be based at our new, additional, technology site in Alicante, Spain. Backed by over 1,700 technologists worldwide based across our three key technology centres – our primary technology hub in Geneva (Switzerland), supported by Madrid (Spain), and Malmö (Sweden), and powered by one of Europe’s largest IoT platforms, we’re building something big, and we’re just getting started in Alicante. 

The IT Operations team monitors and supports critical systems to ensure stability and minimize downtime. They handle alerts and incidents promptly, resolving issues whenever possible or escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders, to restore services quickly and effectively. The team is essential for maintaining operational continuity and driving process improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor IT systems and alerting platforms (e.g., Opsgenie, Helix, Jira) to detect incidents and anomalies.

• Register and categorize incoming incidents according to defined workflows and criteria.

Buscamos un/a Arquitecto/a de Infraestructura y Sistemas con una sólida experiencia para liderar la evolución de nuestra arquitectura tecnológica, garantizando su escalabilidad, seguridad y eficiencia para soportar el crecimiento del negocio.

Esta persona será una figura clave dentro del equipo de TI, reportando directamente al Manager de Producción, y su misión será transformar la infraestructura actual en un ecosistema moderno, robusto y alineado con las mejores prácticas del mercado.

Liderar el diseño y la evolución de la arquitectura tecnológica global de la compañía (on-premise y cloud), definiendo el roadmap estratégico para los próximos años en colaboración con el Manager de Producción y dirección.

Evaluar el estado actual de los sistemas y la infraestructura , identificar puntos críticos de mejora (riesgos de seguridad, cuellos de botella, falta de escalabilidad) y proponer soluciones concretas y viables.

Diseñar e implementar una arquitectura segura desde el origen , revisando la DMZ, segmentación de redes y controles de acceso robustos para proteger nuestros activos críticos.

Definir e implantar un modelo de gobierno TI basado en las mejores prácticas de ITSM/ITIL , estandarizando procesos de gestión de incidencias, problemas, cambios y configuraciones.

Impulsar la adopción de una cultura DevSecOps , trabajando codo con codo con los equipos de desarrollo, sistemas y ciberseguridad para automatizar despliegues (CI/CD), mejorar la monitorización y securizar el ciclo de vida del software.

Actuar como referente técnico y mentor para los equipos , guiándolos en la adopción de nuevas tecnologías y metodologías, y asegurando la transferencia de conocimiento.

Liderar proyectos de migración y consolidación de servicios a la nube (GCP) , optimizando costes, rendimiento y seguridad, basándose en las recomendaciones del Google Cloud Architecture Framework.

Crear y mantener la documentación técnica de la arquitectura , incluyendo diagramas de red, modelos de datos, estándares de configuración y planes de recuperación ante desastres (DRP).

Ingeniería o Grado Superior en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.

Más de 5 años de experiencia en roles de arquitectura de sistemas, infraestructura o soluciones, habiendo liderado proyectos de transformación tecnológica complejos.

Experiencia demostrable y práctica ("hands-on") en el diseño e implementación de arquitecturas escalables, seguras y de alta disponibilidad , tanto en entornos on-premise como en cloud (preferiblemente GCP, valorable AWS/Azure).

Experiencia en la gestión y optimización de servicios críticos con disponibilidad 24x7 .

Conocimiento profundo de principios y herramientas DevSecOps : CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI), Infraestructura como Código (Terraform, Ansible), contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes) y monitorización (Prometheus, Grafana).

Experiencia en Ciberseguridad : diseño de redes seguras (DMZ, segmentación, firewalls, WAF), gestión de identidades (IAM) y aplicación de normativas como ISO ***** o NIS2.

Certificación y/o experiencia demostrable en marcos de trabajo de gobierno TI como ITIL o ITSM .

Capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación y negociación para influir y alinear tanto a equipos técnicos como a stakeholders de negocio.

Nivel de inglés profesional alto (C1) , capaz de mantener conversaciones técnicas fluidas y leer/redactar documentación compleja.

Certificaciones oficiales en GCP (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) o en otras nubes públicas.

Certificaciones de seguridad (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
