About the role: 

We are partnering with a leading FMCG client to hire a talented & established Creative Duo (Art Director + Copywriter) with experience in an advertising agency environment and exposure to major brands.

We’re looking for a creative duo that instinctively understands how Gen Z communicates - fluent in their language, in tune with their cultural references, and able to connect with them authentically as equals. You’ll have a deep understanding of digital culture, staying ahead of trends, memes, and emerging formats, and know how to translate these into relevant, impactful ideas, strategies, and content.

Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll be part of a collaborative team of around 20 people, working in a fast-paced studio environment where agility, creativity, and attention to detail are key.

What you will be doing: 

• Developing innovative and engaging ideas across multiple brands within the client portfolio
• Creating activation campaigns, social content, and internal communications
• Presenting concepts, copy, and creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
• Maintaining a continuous flow of proactive, original, and impactful ideas
• Collaborating closely with Creative and Social teams, while also working independently
• Delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines and fast turnaround times

What you need to be great in this role:

• Proven agency experience, including client-facing responsibilities
• Strong ability to ideate and execute creative concepts, particularly for social media
• Experience developing content across social, newsletters, and internal communications

Copywriter:

• Skilled in crafting compelling, platform-native copy and creative concepts
• Ability to adapt tone and messaging across formats and audiences

Art Director:

• Excellent design sensibility with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools

For both:

• Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats
• Ability to work within and adhere to brand guidelines
• Confidence presenting ideas to clients
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working across multilingual projects is a plus
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your impact across the full creative process - from brief to delivery

Descripción del puesto:
Es un rol de vídeo. Si grabar y editar es lo que mejor se te da, sigue leyendo. Como Social Media Content Creator y Community Manager en All Yours, te encargarás de crear y gestionar contenido creativo para redes sociales, alineado con la identidad de nuestras marcas de perfumería nicho y clean beauty.

Tu misión:
- Producir contenido en vídeo de principio a fin: conceptualizar, grabar y editar para redes sociales (entre ellas Instagram y Tik Tok). Trabajamos ágil, con móvil y CapCut, en tienda, oficina y donde haga falta.
- Dirigir a cámara: la mayor parte del tiempo grabarás a nuestro equipo y producto, así que necesitamos criterio para dirigir y sacar lo mejor de quien tienes delante. Pero, también saldrás tú.
- Gestionar la comunidad: planificar el calendario de contenidos, escribir el copy, responder y conversar con quien nos sigue.
- Ser responsable del crecimiento de las cuentas: entender cómo funciona cada plataforma y su algoritmo, marcarte objetivos de alcance, engagement y seguidores, leer las métricas y ajustar la estrategia para cumplirlos. Reportarás resultados de forma periódica.
- Aptitudes en marketing y marca: comprensión básica de estrategias de contenido, embudo de comunicación, tono de marca y coherencia visual.
- Detectar tendencias antes que el resto y traducirlas al lenguaje de la marca.
- Construir relaciones con creadores e influencers y gestionar el contenido UGC de la comunidad.

Lo que buscamos:
- 2/3 años creando contenido para marcas en redes.
- Dotes sólidas de grabación y edición: contenido bueno y rápido, sin set de producción detrás.
- Conocimiento real de RRSS: qué crece, por qué, y cómo se mueve un algoritmo.
- Soltura delante y detrás de la cámara.
- Proactividad: No solo buscamos a alguien que ejecute tareas, sino a un creador nato, alguien que proponga nuevas ideas y esté siempre en la búsqueda de la siguiente gran oportunidad para nuestra marca.
- Interés genuino por perfumería, clean beauty y cuidado personal.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, mentalidad curiosa y proactiva, organización para cumplir plazos y ganas
- Castellano nativo e inglés C2.
