The Opportunity

- Process requests for DED Management user mapping and associated clean-up (add/remove/delete)
- Support CDM/dCEMs with questions regarding customer numbers & installation numbers
- Interact with Global teams regarding SAP license issues
- Redirect issues to Solution Owner, License Key team or IT as needed
- Understand relationship between contract, commercial installation & Technical installation
- Follow up on issues found during Global License audit
- Assist management of CAM Approver table
- Knowledge of Enterprise Cloud Services business, stakeholders, process and tools is preferred.

About the Role
Client’s Digital Go-To-Market (GTM) team is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to support initiatives focused on improving onsite page performance for all Direct to Customer eCommerce stores, marketplaces and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role will be instrumental in managing cross-functional projects that enhance our eCommerce operations, improve scalability, and drive digital efficiency across multiple areas of the company.
You will work closely with process owners, RPA developers, analysts, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects, track performance, and ensure seamless execution of digital GTM strategies. You will also focus on improving and continuously optimizing the Google Core Web Vitals for client’s online stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to support initiatives focused on improving onsite page performance for all Direct to Customer eCommerce stores, marketplaces and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role will be instrumental in managing cross-functional projects that enhance our eCommerce operations, improve scalability, and drive digital efficiency across multiple areas of the company.
You will work closely with process owners, RPA developers, analysts, and regional stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects, track performance, and ensure seamless execution of digital GTM strategies. You will also focus on improving and continuously optimizing the Google Core Web Vitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end execution of projects across marketplaces and RPA initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. In addition, lead and manage projects related to web page performance optimization, from conception through to completion.
- Marketplace Enablement:
- Support the automation of processes and onboarding of 3rd party marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- RPA Coordination:
- Collaborate with RPA developers and process owners to identify automation opportunities, manage development sprints, and measure impact of implemented bots.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, operations, and tech teams to align on priorities, define requirements, and resolve blockers. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
