Su misión será sentar las bases del departamento, definiendo procesos robustos, simples y automatizados que garanticen la excelencia en la administración de personal, y diseñando políticas de desarrollo que acompañen la expansión del negocio, tanto en fabricación como en puntos de venta. Esta posición reportará directamente a Dirección General y formará parte del Comité de Dirección, liderando un equipo de personas.
ResponsabilidadesImplantar y optimizar los procesos de administración de personal (altas, bajas, contratos, nómina, control horario, vacaciones, permisos, etc.), asegurando su fiabilidad y cumplimiento normativo.
Simplificar y automatizar procesos clave de RR. HH. mediante herramientas tecnológicas (HRIS, sistemas de fichaje, workflows, etc.) para minimizar errores operativos y mejorar la eficiencia.
Definir políticas y procedimientos de RR. HH. alineados con la estrategia de negocio y la cultura de la empresa.
Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de desarrollo de personas, incluyendo planes de carrera, formación, evaluación del desempeño y programas de talento.
Acompañar el crecimiento del negocio asegurando que las estructuras, procesos y políticas de personas soportan la expansión de la red de tiendas y la actividad de fabricación.
Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de personas dentro del área de RR. HH., fomentando una cultura de servicio interno, mejora continua y orientación al negocio.
Participar activamente en el Comité de Dirección, aportando una visión estratégica de personas y organización, y siendo socio clave para Dirección General y responsables de área.
Gestionar las relaciones laborales (con asesorías, representantes de los trabajadores, etc.), garantizando el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral y de los convenios aplicables.
Impulsar la cultura corporativa, reforzando los valores de tradición, calidad, artesanía e innovación que caracterizan a la empresa.
Definir y hacer seguimiento de indicadores de RR. HH. (rotación, absentismo, clima, productividad, etc.) para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
Asegurar la correcta gestión del ciclo de vida empleado/a, desde la atracción y selección hasta la salida, pasando por la acogida, desarrollo y fidelización.
Colaborar con Producción y Operaciones de tiendas para adaptar las políticas de personas a las particularidades de la fabricación y la venta al detalle.
Velar por la seguridad y salud laboral en coordinación con los servicios de prevención, especialmente en entornos de fabricación y retail.
Experiencia consolidada (mín. 8–10 años) en Recursos Humanos, con al menos 3–5 años en posiciones de dirección o responsabilidad global del área.
Experiencia previa en empresas con puntos de venta.
Idiomas requeridos: catalán y castellano nativo e inglés conversacional (B2).

Position Summary
Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest. Run daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. Cash guests' personal checks and traveler's checks. Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. We are looking for a Senior Talent and People Partner to help us attract world-class technical talent while also supporting broader people-related topics as Emmi AI scales.
This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on ownership of technical hiring, particularly for AI research and engineering profiles, with a people partnership scope focused on supporting managers and employees, shaping people processes, and contributing to a strong, scalable culture.
You will play a key role in shaping both who we hire and how we build and support our team, working closely with leadership across the organization and contributing directly to Emmi AI’s long-term growth and success.
You will:
- Own and build scalable hiring foundations and systems from scratch, setting the groundwork for long-term growth
- Design and execute creative sourcing and engagement strategies to attract high-bar technical talent, with a strong focus on AI research profiles
- Build a high-quality, fast, and thoughtful candidate experience, with a strong focus on AI research profiles
- Partner with hiring managers and members of the C-suite, including the CSO and CTO, to deeply understand the roles, the work, and what great looks like
