Busquem un/a Professor/a d'Intel·ligència Artificial (IA) freelance amb experiència per impartir formacions dinàmiques i pràctiques, tant online com presencials, principalment a Barcelona.

Sobre Lucta:

En Lucta, empresa multinacional con valores familiares y una sólida trayectoria en nuestros distintos sectores, buscamos incorporar un/a Pesador/a de Laboratorio a jornada completa para el área de Creación de Fragancias.

Esta posición es de carácter temporal (aproximadamente 6 meses) y tiene como objetivo dar soporte directo al equipo técnico, garantizando la precisión en el pesado de fórmulas y la correcta gestión de las materias primas.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Formarás parte de un equipo técnico especializado, trabajando estrechamente con los/as creadores/as de fragancias. Tus principales funciones serán:

• Pesar fórmulas siguiendo las instrucciones del responsable del laboratorio de creación.
• Preparar y organizar muestras para distintos equipos técnicos.
• Registrar datos y asegurar la trazabilidad de cada pesada en las bases de datos internas.
• Controlar y reponer el stock de materias primas del laboratorio.
• Mantener el laboratorio limpio, ordenado y operativo en el día a día.
• Clasificar y archivar muestras físicas y digitales de materias primas y productos.
• Colaborar en tareas de soporte relacionadas con evaluación, calidad o documentación técnica.
• Coordinarse con otras áreas para garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales cuando sea necesario.
  
  

• Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior, preferentemente en el ámbito químico (como Auxiliar de Laboratorio o ciclos técnicos afines).
  
  

• No se requiere experiencia previa en el sector de fragancias (recibirás formación interna en el uso de materias primas y en el orden de pesado), aunque se valorará experiencia en entornos de laboratorio., producción o control de calidad.
  
  

• Responsabilidad y compromiso, imprescindibles para garantizar la calidad, el cumplimiento de procedimientos y el buen funcionamiento del laboratorio.
• Trabajo en equipo, con actitud colaborativa, comunicación clara y disposición para apoyar a otros/as en un entorno técnico compartido.
• Atención al detalle y precisión, especialmente en tareas de pesado, registro y manipulación de muestras.
• Pulcritud y orden, necesarios para mantener un espacio de trabajo limpio, seguro y bien organizado.
