Job Description
The Opportunity
This is a key role within our global finance team, reporting to the Group Director of Tax and working closely with the SVP Group Finance CFO, Audit Committee, and Global Leadership Team. You will lead on and/or contribute to the the Group tax planning and execution for the EMEA and APAC regions in a multi-currency, midcap-listed environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic impact.
What You Will Do
- Cross-Border Tax Risk Management: Identify, analyse, and mitigate cross-border tax risks, ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
- Transfer Pricing Compliance: Oversee the transfer pricing policies, ensuring adherence to OECD guidelines and local country regulations. Manage transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.
- Tax Planning & Advisory: Assist in the development and implementation of international tax strategies to enhance operational efficiencies and manage tax costs.
- Tax Jurisdiction Expansion/Exit: Provide tax advisory support on entering/exiting tax jurisdictions, including evaluating tax implications, structuring considerations, and liaising with external tax advisors and local authorities
- Group Tax Initiatives: Support the Director of Tax in broader tax-related projects, including tax audits, M&A activities, and tax technology improvements
- Intellectual Property (IP) Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize IP within the group, ensuring effective tax structuring and compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, legal, and operational teams to align tax strategies with overall business objectives
- Legislative & Regulatory Monitoring: Stay abreast of international tax law developments, assess their impact on the business, and provide proactive recommendations.
What We Are Looking For
- ACA or CTA qualified.
- Strong technical skills and experience.
- Up to date knowledge of Corporation Tax issues.
- A decisive thinker with the ability to analyse information quickly.
- Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of cross border tax issues and transfer pricing
- Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS framework, and global tax regulations.
- Proven experience in managing transfer pricing policies and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with tax compliance and reporting requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to assess and navigate complex international tax matters and provide practical solutions.
- Relevant tax experience gained in a listed group environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Our ideal candidate will have strong technical skills such as Optimization, Statistics, Machine Learning and will be proficient using tools as R/Python.

- Evaluate and leverage the usage of new data-oriented technologies within the Sanofi cloud & data environments
- Proactively mines data warehouses to identify trends and patterns and generates insights for business units and senior leadership in SC
- Performs large-scale experimentation to identify hidden relationships between variables in large datasets in SC

About you
- Solid of experience in Supply chain

What You Will Do
This role will manage and maintain all user accounts on our various partner platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with the development and IT teams to ensure a seamless experience, both during normal operations and during integrations. Additionally, the candidate will handle the Apple App Store and Google Play accounts and their certificates and app transfers.
- Develop and implement processes for creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts on various cloud vendors
- Provide support to users who encounter issues with their accounts.
- Collaborate with IT to resolve user account-related issues.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure that user accounts are secure.
- Manage Apple App Store and Google Play accounts and certificates.
- Work with the development team to ensure that our mobile apps are accurately signed and deployed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates to the Apple App Store and Google Play policies, and communicate relevant updates to the game teams if needed.
- Ensure that all Scopely apps on the Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, etc., are up-to-date and in compliance with policies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to app deployment and signing.
- Manage app transfers between accounts on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Ensure accurate implementation and detailed documentation of all app transfers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Estamos Buscando
- Arquitecto/a con al menos 5 años de experiencia en proyectos de vivienda, capaz de desarrollar proyectos completos (redacción, mediciones, visitas de obra y gestión integral).
- Delineante proyectista con un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en estudios de arquitectura, para el desarrollo técnico y representación gráfica de proyectos.

- Desarrollo de Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits y SmartForms
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- +3 años de experiencia desarrollando en ABAP.
- Experiencia en soporte en módulos de Logística, Ventas, Producción y Calidad.
- Experiencia en interfases.
- Experiencia en ALV Reports.
- Experiencia en migración de datos con LSMW o BDC (valorado como plus).
- Nivel de inglés intermedio.
