What You’ll Do
As a Product AI Engineer at Factorial, you’ll help define and build the next generation of our AI-native product using modern AI development practices.
You will:

- Build product using Spec Driven Development

We define clear specifications before shipping — including expected behaviours, constraints, and success criteria — and use them to guide implementation, iteration and evaluation using most powerful LLMs.

- Design and implement AI Skills

Create reusable, well-scoped AI capabilities that can automate and take actions safely within Factorial’s workflows.

- Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks (Evals)

Measure quality, correctness and reliability of AI outputs using automated and human-in-the-loop evaluations to ensure continuous improvement in production.

- Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Build systems that ground AI responses in trusted, up-to-date company data, balancing probabilistic models with deterministic sources of truth.

- Design human-in-the-loop and agentic workflows

Combine LLMs, rules, and user oversight to automate real business processes while keeping humans in control of critical decisions.

- Own systems end-to-end

From problem definition and system design to shipping, monitoring and iteration in production.

¿Qué esperamos de ti? (Requisitos esenciales)

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en equipos de Producto u Operaciones.
• Capacidad de Ownership: Persona responsable, que se adueña de sus proyectos y garantiza que las cosas sucedan.
• Habilidades de resolución de problemas: Enfoque analítico y práctico para enfrentar desafíos técnicos y organizativos.

Organización del Departamento de Producto

Actualmente, el Departamento de Producto está estructurado en 3 equipos: dos cubren un ciclo de vida de negocio ("Designer Platform" y "Operations"), mientras que el tercero ("Project Management") supervisa todo el proceso de extremo a extremo.

Cada equipo está compuesto por un Product Manager, un Product Designer, un líder de ingeniería y un equipo de desarrolladores, y es autónomo para realizar descubrimiento, entrega e iteración necesarias para apoyar el camino hacia los objetivos de la empresa.

Cada Product Manager y Product Designer (6 personas en total) reporta al CPO.

Rol

Serás el Product Manager del equipo "Designer Platform".

La misión de este equipo es permitir que los arquitectos diseñen edificios de 011h en Revit usando el catálogo y los flujos de trabajo estandarizados de 011h, de modo que el modelo BIM se convierta en una fuente de verdad confiable y estructurada que pueda alimentar procesos posteriores como presupuesto, adquisiciones y ejecución.

Tu alcance incluye la Designer Platform (partes del catálogo + lógica de bill of quantities) y el Designer Toolkit (un plugin de Revit para integrar la plataforma y automatizar procesos repetitivos).

Cómo se verá el éxito: reducción del tiempo en las fases de diseño y planificación; precisión y confianza de la información de costos y tiempos frente a la realidad; tasa de adopción y satisfacción de los arquitectos.

Requirements

Qué buscamos

• Definir estrategia (trimestral a anual) y llevar a cabo descubrimiento (comprender los problemas de los usuarios); entrega (imaginar las mejores soluciones y convertirlas en realidad con la mejor calidad y rapidez posible); iterar (entender qué se puede mejorar) para tu alcance.
• Traducir los flujos de trabajo arquitectónicos/BIM en requisitos claros de producto: cómo se modelan los elementos en Revit, cómo se derivan las cantidades, cómo los cambios se propagan a costos/presupuestos...
• Liderar descubrimientos con equipos internos (arquitectos, BIM, ventas, ingeniería) para identificar los puntos de fricción más relevantes y priorizar qué construir a continuación.
• Garantizar consistencia y usabilidad de los datos: asegurar que la estructura del catálogo (sistemas, soluciones constructivas, tipologías) sea lo suficientemente robusta para escalar a muchos proyectos y usuarios.
• Colaborar estrechamente con diseño e ingeniería para entregar iterativamente, manteniendo un alto estándar de fiabilidad (estos son datos fundamentales de los que dependen otras partes de la plataforma)
  
  

Qué buscamos de ti

• Más de 1 año de experiencia en Product Management, con buen conocimiento de fundamentos: enmarcar problemas, priorizar, redactar especificaciones claras, realizar descubrimientos, alinear stakeholders y entregar junto con un equipo de ingeniería.
• Formación en arquitectura/diseño con experiencia práctica en empresas que desarrollan proyectos de gran escala, que te permita entender cómo evolucionan los proyectos desde el diseño básico hasta la ejecución y construcción, incluyendo estándares de documentación, coordinación multidisciplinaria y conciencia de costos.
• Conocimiento práctico de BIM (preferiblemente Revit), con experiencia modelando y comprensión de cómo la estructura del modelo impacta la documentación, coordinación y cálculo de cantidades.
• Comodidad en un dominio muy técnico: puedes discutir compromisos entre UX, modelo de datos y restricciones de ingeniería sin perder el enfoque en los resultados de negocio.
• Comunicación clara en español (e idealmente inglés), con capacidad para alinear a stakeholders importantes en torno a decisiones
