🧭 The Role
Reporting to the VP Marketing, you’ll own the global CRM strategy and execution — across the entire lifecycle: from lead nurturing to onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell, and expansion.
This is a key leadership role in our team, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, CX, Product, and RevOps to unlock funnel efficiency and customer value at scale.

- Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives with Product and Sales.
- Define CRM KPIs, track performance, and report on business impact.
- Lead and grow a team of CRM Lifecycle specialists.
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation — ideally in B2B SaaS.

- Familiar with ABM (Account Based Marketing), intent data, and persona-driven strategies.
- Solid knowledge of AI tools for CRM (predictive scoring, content personalization, etc.).
- A great communicator and collaborator across departments.
- Strategic thinker with strong project and team leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership, move fast, and make things happen.
- Fluent in English. Bonus: Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German or French.
- We own it – We take responsibility and act.
- We learn and teach – Growth is part of our daily job.
- We partner – We build together, trust each other.
- We grow fast – We move quickly and learn from every step.

Junior Software Engineer
Factorial · Barcelona, ES
Javascript Python Salesforce Office
Hello!
Are you interested in building practical software solutions to optimize how companies operate? We´re looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join our Data Ops team at Factorial, with a special focus on developing automations for our Quote-to-Cash (QtoC) operations.
Data Ops & Quote-to-Cash: What´s the mission?
- The Data Ops team at Factorial empowers business growth by integrating and automating core processes across the company, including finance, sales, and customer operations.
- This role will focus on the Quote-to-Cash (QtoC) process-which covers the entire journey from a customer receiving a quote, all the way through contract, billing, and payment.
- As a Junior Software Engineer, you´ll help implement and maintain the software automations that keep these critical business flows running smoothly and efficiently.
The Role
- Join a cross-functional Data Ops team, collaborating closely with finance, sales operations, and engineering to deliver solutions that improve the experience for colleagues and customers alike.
- Work primarily with business automation tools such as Dealhub (our CPQ-Configure, Price, Quote platform), as well as Workato, Chargebee, and CRM systems like Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining integrations and automations that help streamline the quote, contract, and billing processes.
- Translate operational requirements into technical tasks with the guidance of experienced engineers and business operations specialists.
Our Stack & Daily Responsibilities
- Your core focus will be working with Dealhub to configure and improve CPQ flows. You will also interact with other tools like Workato and Chargebee for process automation and billing.
- Support integration between QtoC tools and our CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce).
- Participate in regular code reviews, short sprints, and steadily improve your technical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver practical solutions.
Your First Steps at Factorial
- Get oriented with Factorial´s business processes, especially our QtoC practices and how they connect sales, finance, and customer operations.
- Shadow team members to gain hands-on experience with Dealhub, CPQ, and related tools.
- Start contributing to basic automations and QtoC configuration tasks with the support of your team.
- Join meetings with sales, operations, and finance to understand their needs and identify where software solutions can add value.
What We´d Love to See in Your Background
- A strong interest in business automation, software development, and operational processes.
- Any experience with CPQ tools (such as Dealhub, Salesforce CPQ, or similar), workflow automation, or revenue operations is a plus.
- Exposure to CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce) and/or familiarity with sales or billing processes is desirable.
- Comfort with foundational programming concepts (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar); experience building integrations is optional, but valuable.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams in English.
The Hiring Process
- Initial interview with a Manager: We´ll discuss your experience, motivations, technical background, and Factorial´s approach to engineering.
- Technical interview with our team: You´ll work collaboratively on a practical business automation scenario, focusing on your approach to problem-solving and learning.
- Final conversation with RevOps or Finance: Gain insights into the business context and Factorial´s goals-plus a chance to ask your own questions.
- Interviews are remote, via video call.

Senior Software Engineer - Back Office Team
Factorial · Barcelona, ES
React Ruby Ruby on Rails Office
Hello!
At Factorial, we´re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a broad experience programming in Ruby on Rails to join our Back Office Team within the Platform Domain.
The Engineering team at large
At Factorial, we have a team of over 150 full-stack developers. We look for curious, proactive people with good soft and communication skills. The last one is the key in a distributed company.
Our stack in Ruby on Rails and React, since it´s a team of new creation we´ll need you to have previously worked with Ruby.
The Role
As a Senior Engineer at Factorial, you´ll be part of a team of 150+ product developers. We look for talented people who are curious, proactive, and have great communication skills. People who are at the forefront of developing tools that help teams become the best versions of themselves.
You´ll work in a multicultural, English-speaking environment where your technical acumen, creative problem-solving abilities, and passion for user-centric products will directly contribute to our mission of improving HR processes for SMEs worldwide. It’s your choice to work from home, in our Barcelona offices, or mixing both.
The team will be in charge of our BackOffice, the internal product used across the company that is key to manage our core operations and provide the best service to our end users.
Work ethics
At Factorial, we know that building a great product means building a great team. We value some key principles that help us thrive together.
- Radical (and Passionate) Candor: We´re excited about creating great products and advancing our mission. This means being proactive, obsessing about quality, and experimenting. We tell our managers and peers things we think we cannot say, practicing radical candor to drive innovation and improvement.
- Effective Communication: Clear communication, especially in writing, is crucial. We communicate openly, build narratives, and aren´t afraid to debate ideas. If we can´t explain something clearly, we seek to understand more deeply until we can. And remember, English is our vehicular language, so you need to be comfortable with it!
- Product Vision: We understand our users´ needs and actively engage with them. We constantly look for business opportunities, always asking "What can be next for Factorial?"
- Reliability and Accountability: We deliver on our commitments while maintaining high quality. We feel accountable for the culture and make others feel accountable too. When we see something broken, we stand up to fix it, feeling responsible for all of Factorial.
- Problem-Solving: We don´t limit ourselves to our nominal job definition. We bring, execute, and later communicate solutions, seeking approval only for decisions that would be hard to reverse.
- Teamwork Ease: We collaborate well, adapt easily, and are open to feedback. We convince or get convinced, asking the same from everyone. If an initiative comes top-down, we debate it until we fully buy-in, then champion it to our teams.
- Fighting Complacency: We challenge the status quo and fight complacency with our whole hearts. We´re vocal when something is going wrong, seeing it as an opportunity for a better world.
- Having Fun: While our work is serious, we trust our gut when we have a 10x motivation to try something new. We jump on opportunities for innovation, involving as many people as possible.
Your first steps in Factorial:
You’ll start with a 2 weeks onboarding period, where you will:
- Read a lot: Learn about Factorial, our product, our team, and our clients.
- Learn a lot: Pair with each team member at least once, to understand what they are working on.
- Code a lot: Solve low-stake bug tickets or quick wins.
- Fail a lot: We work with ephemeral development environments with almost zero configuration so you can start coding fast. And failing, going back, retrying… We understand this is part of the path, so, we will encourage you to be brave!
- Talk a lot: Be fully integrated into the team’s rituals from day one.
After your onboarding, your day-by-day work will look like the following:
- You will be a product engineer, taking ownership of big initiatives, and being interested in the outcome, not just the output. About the outcome, you’ll also work with your team members to establish goals and plan a quarterly roadmap, putting special attention to the technical needs of our domain.
- A Senior Engineer at Factorial influences requirements definition and is autonomous in delivering a polished solution that matches those. You participate in the team’s decision through Requests For Comments (RFCs) that you write yourself or read others’.
- You will be involved in customer calls to learn about their pains & needs.
- You will review code daily and get feedback on your code at every pull request, from all team members, including juniors.
- You will learn from the entire team, both on technical topics (performance, architecture…) and core skills, in an environment driven by engineering quality. You will also mentor junior team members and help them learn from your experience.
Benefits
We care about people and offer many benefits for employees:
- High growth, multicultural, and friendly environment.
- Continuous training and learning based on your needs.
- Alan´s private health insurance.
- ♀ Healthy life with Gympass (Gyms, pools, outdoor classes).
- Save expenses with Cobee.
- Language classes with Yolk Academy.
- Get the most out of your salary with Payflow.
And when at the office...
- Breakfast in the office and organic fruit.
- Nora and Apetit discounts.
- Pet Friendly.
The hiring process
If you apply, here’s what to expect:
- A first conversation with our Talent Acquisition Partner. It will be about comparing our expectations and making sure we match on a human level. We will also check our Engineering Rubrics (check them out, they are open!) and the salary in your position.
- A second conversation with the team’s engineering manager. This is about making sure we can work together. Here you will have a conversation about the team, their needs, your profile and how can you complement it. Expect to have a mix of a human and technical conversation.
- A tech interview with three Factorial engineers: that’s a conversation about technology, not an exam or a code review. We’ll ask you to send us a piece of code you’ve written recently and are happy with, to use as a basis for the conversation. If you don’t have anything we’ll share some specifications for you to build, but the focus will be on how you think, not the lines you code.
- One last coffee-chat with our CTO, where you can get all the answers about Factorial’s culture, business vision, or anything else that interests you.
- And that’s it! Feel free to request any other conversation you want, with team members or to address specific concerns at any time during the process.
The whole process is remote, using videoconferencing tools!
