The Role

We´re looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Infrastructure team in the Platform Domain.
We want someone who will add positively to the team´s culture, being fully remote and multi-cultural.
We are looking for profiles that have solid experience monitoring and troubleshooting large-scale application deployments on the cloud, ideally including:
- Terraform or Ansible for IaC,
- Datadog, Grafana or OpenTelemetry,

For this senior-level position, the annual gross salary is 60,500€ regardless of your location. This includes a base salary of 55,000€ and a variable pay of up to 5,500€ annually (paid quarterly), depending on the company´s goals.

You’ll start with a 2 weeks onboarding period, where you will:
- Learn about Factorial: our product, our team, our clients
- Pair with each member of the team at least once, to see their current initiatives
- Solve low-stake bug tickets or quick wins
- Commit early and often thanks to our preprod and demo environments
- Be fully integrated in the team’s rituals from day 1
You will be a product-centric engineer, taking ownership of big initiatives, and being interested in the outcome, not just the output. About the outcome, you’ll also work with your team members to establish goals and plan a quarterly roadmap, putting special attention to the technical needs of our domain.
You will review code, and get feedback on your own code.
You will learn from the entire team, both on technical topics (performance, architecture…) and core skills, in an environment driven by engineering quality.
You will share your knowledge, through the RFCs you write, pairing sessions, our mentoring programme or the occasional appearance in the monthly Tech All Hands.

El foco central de esta posición es asesorar a los clientes internos sobre todos los temas de Recursos Humanos, garantizándoles un nivel de servicios con base en Políticas y procedimientos vigente.
Un día en la vida de…
- Garantizar la atención y ejecución de todas las necesidades, los programas y proyectos de RRHH en la localidad.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la políticas de Recursos Humanos en su localidad.
- Asegurar la Cultura Corporativa de Nestlé a través de la comunicación de los valores y competencias.
- Comunicar los avances, logros y situaciones especiales de RRHH en su localidad.
- Facilitar los procesos de manejo de personal (soporte legal).
- Asesorar a los Gerentes de Departamento en el proceso de reclutamiento y selección.
- Garantizar que los nuevos colaboradores reciban la inducción apropiada a la empresa y sus funciones.
- Velar por el proceso de reclasificación de cargos y Promociones de Personal.
- Asegurar que las actividades de su área de competencia se lleven a cabo respetando lo establecido en los sistemas de calidad, seguridad y salud ocupacional & Medio Ambiente.
- Cumplir con el Código Internacional de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) sobre la Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna, las Instrucciones Nestlé y la Política de Nestlé sobre la Comercialización de Sucedáneos de la Leche Materna, cualquier enmienda y regulación gubernamental relevante en cada una de las actividades inherentes a las funciones de este puesto .
- Que te hará exitoso en la posición…
- Licenciatura en recursos humanos o carreras afin.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en manejo de procesos de Recursos Humanos (E2E del proceso).
- Dominio de Excel intermedio; Power BI y SAP deseables.
- Dominio del idioma inglés
