YOUR MISSION
Everyone knows Glovo for a burger or a grocery bag. But right now, we’re selling iPhones, Mascaras, and Paracetamols using technology originally designed for pizza and pasta.
It’s messy, it’s complex, and frankly? It’s a retail miracle that it works as well as it does. But "miracles" don't scale. Strategy does. That’s why we are hiring a Product Manager to lead our Retail Q-Commerce engine. To become a true "multi-category superapp," we can't just "tweak" a food app. We need to rethink the entire funnel—from the moment a customer realizes they need a new charger to the moment it hits their door 30 minutes later. This is where you come in.
You won't just be adding features or managing a backlog. You will be building the foundational systems for Retail at scale. You are the reason that "Glovo it" becomes the verb for everything, not just dinner.
The Mission
From Food to Everything: Transform Glovo from a delivery service into a true multi-category superapp. Building the Core: Re-think the entire customer funnel—awareness, discovery, conversion, and loyalty—for the complexities of retail. The "Startup" within the "Unicorn": Build from the ground up with the resources of a global tech leader. Caution: You may have to lead and manage high energy stakeholders that get excited and pushy with the most minimal signal. Patience will be your strength ;)

The WHAT Of Your Role
Your day to day to will involve:
- Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and devise effective solutions that drive product success.
- Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to assess complex situations, make informed decisions, and prioritize initiatives that maximize impact.
- Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for our Quick-commerce offerings, aligning with overall business goals.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Feature Development: Lead the development of new product features, ensuring they enhance our core value propositions. Champion exceptional user experiences throughout the pre- and post-purchase journey, building customer trust and loyalty.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to align on priorities, gather insights, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in consumer facing products
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment without excessive structure
- A strong business-driven mindset and product sense
- Solid experience collaborating with stakeholders (Business, Data, Engineering & Design)
- Strong critical thinking, analytical approach and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to align a diverse set of stakeholders (both technical and non-technical), drive vision, and clearly explain user value and business impact.
