VS Recruitment es una empresa dedicada a la Selección de Personal para principalmente clientes finales en todo el territorio Español.

Actualmente estamos colaborando con un Centro Tecnológico, con sede en Paterna, Valencia, que busca incorporar en su equipo a un perfil con experiencia técnica en Navision (NAV).

¿Qué harás?

Para esta posición, la persona será la encargada de la administración de sistemas ERP y aplicaciones de gestión. Su principal responsabilidad será garantizar el mantenimiento correctivo y evolutivo de las diferentes plataformas, con especial foco en Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), con una futura migración a Business Central.

¿Qué requisitos necesitas cumplir? recuerda que siempre se pide un 100% en las ofertas, pero que no siempre es necesario cumplir con todos ellos, si crees que encajas, apúntate a la oferta :)

• 3 años de experiencia en posición similar.
• Inglés fluido (equivalente a B2).
• Estudios en informática o similar, preferiblemente en Ingenierías, pero valorable que se provenga de ciclos formativos u otras enseñanzas del sector IT.
• Experiencia con el uso de Navision (NAV).
• Valorable pero no imprescindible conocimientos en Power BI, MS Dynamics, Business Central o similares.

Cosas a tener en cuenta del proceso:

Número de entrevistas: 3 entrevistas.

Contrato: Indefinido.

Teletrabajo: 1 día a la semana.

Jornada: 40h semanales.

Horario: Lunes a Jueves 8-17h. Viernes 8-14:30h (Entrada y salida flexible de 8-9:30h cada día como quiera cada uno, teniendo en cuenta que la salida es hasta máximo las 18:30h). Periodos intensivos 8-15h.

SBA: 35k-50K. Se valorará en entrevista según el grado de experiencia, ya que se busca un perfil de experiencia intermedia, pero se evaluarán también perfiles más senior.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you are responsible for creating an unemotional base forecast for the local markets, which will be used throughout the full planning processes – by SC ánd Commercial Planning – to improve customer satisfaction, drive profitability, and a lean E2E SC.

You will establish Predictive Analytics and system generated forecasts that you will analyse through adding additional internal and external data to derive the most accurate forecast possible. You will work with regional cross-functional stakeholders to know the trends and strategy inside out to elevate the ‘unemotional’ demand signal. You work closely with the local demand planners and the global CoE teams to continuously improve the demand signal and our ways-of-working.

You will inspire through your insights, communication & analytical mindset and act as a strategic thought partner to the local teams and senior stakeholders

About You

You have experience in analytics, forecasting, business partnering, supply chain, and have experience with data collection and analysis tools, knowing how to uncover opportunities to improve the supply chain. You will also be excellent relationship builder with good interpersonal skills and an excellent level of English

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Demand Analyst

• Provide the markets reliable ‘unemotional’ and ‘unpolitical’ baseline; focused on the full horizon of 0-24 months at monthly level buckets, including guidance and support to markets on ‘where to focus to make a difference’
• Evaluate and adjust the parameters of the system generation of forecasts (i.e. multilevel disaggregation and predictive analytics model ownership)
• Drive ‘no or low touch forecasting’ by setting the right parameters for exception based planning; ensuring the system ‘alerts’ are set up correctly
• Drive for execution, review forecast from a higher level and build the full picture. Ensuring a balanced and honest volume outlook for the region

Responsabilidades

• Trabajamos en entorno cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) y usamos las herramientas adecuadas para cada problema en concreto.
• Traducir las necesidades de negocio a modelos predictivos, su dimensionamiento y productivización, así como la activación y monitorización de estas predicciones en relación a los OKRs.
• Desarollar modelos matemáticos avanzados basados en técnicas de machine learning, especialmente en modelos predictivos de clasificación (i.e., bagging, boosting) y clusterización (i.e., K-means, Mean Shift).

Requisitos:

• Experiencia de al menos 3 años en las funciones descritas.
• Tener conocimientos de desarrollo de software, Object Oriented Programing, y manejo avanzado de Python: estructuras de datos y principales librerías (i.e., numpy, pandas, sklearn, Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch).
• Conocimientos avanzados de bases de datos relacionales (principalmente SQL) y fuentes no relacionales/NoSQL.
• Experiencia en metodología DevOps, contribución a repositorios git, monitorización del código mediante builds (docker) y testing, así como despliegues en entornos de UAT y productivos.
• Experiencia en metodología MLOps, paquetización de modelos, módulos de entrenamiento y validación, módulos de inferencia, versionamiento de modelos y monitorización de data shift para el re-entrenamiento.
• Nivel alto de inglés.

Nos encantaría si:

• Estás acostumbrado a trabajar con algunos de los siguientes paradigmas: series temporales, NLP, análisis geoespacial, reconocimiento de imágenes, etc.
• Tienes conocimientos sobre técnicas de optimización numérica: gradient descent, quasi-Newton, computación evolutiva, programación lineal, etc.
• Has trabajado con soluciones cloud orientadas a Inteligencia Artificial: GCP (Vertex), AWS (Amazon SageMaker), Azure (MLFlow). Y la realización de prototipos/productos web en frameworks ágiles.
• Tienes experiencia con entornos Big Data y haber tratado volúmenes de datos que requieran entornos distribuidos (pyspark y Databricks).
• Que poseas conocimientos en herramientas de visualización: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Shiny, Spotfire, etc.

En HEINEKEN ESPAÑA estamos buscando un/a Analista de Finanzas para nuestras oficinas de Sevilla. Te incorporarás al área de Controlling Comercial, donde te ofrecemos la posibilidad de desarrollarte y formar parte de nuestro equipo de Finanzas en un entorno dinámico y diverso.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? Entre otras, te encargarás de:

• Participar en el cierre financiero y en el proceso de planificación (Rolling Forecast).
• Analizar la evolución de precio, seguimiento a presupuestos e iniciativas de mejora de rentabilidad.
• Participar en proyectos del área: Revenue Management, Acuerdos Especiales, Gastos Fijos.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Titulados Universitarios: Administración y Dirección empresas, Economía, Empresariales, y otras carreras similares.
• Nivel de Inglés: B2
• Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas avanzadas, a ser posible conocimientos de Power Query o de tratamiento de bases de datos).
• Alto dominio de PowerPoint.
• SAP valorable.
• PowerBI valorable.

Analista de control y rendimiento operativo

En Grupo Juan Padron, estamos en la búsqueda de un/a profesional con sólida experiencia en control de gestión y análisis operativo para incorporarse a nuestro equipo.

Esta posición es clave para garantizar el seguimiento, análisis y optimización del rendimiento de nuestro parque de máquinas recreativas,.

🔍 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

• Controlar y validar la recaudación, asegurando coherencia entre ingresos, premios y registros técnicos.
• Analizar desviaciones, fallos o incidencias en las operaciones de las máquinas.
• Dar soporte al área de Caja en el control de efectivo y resolución de discrepancias.
• Coordinar con Contabilidad para la conciliación entre datos operativos y contables.
• Evaluar el rendimiento de las máquinas (por unidad y modelo) y proponer mejoras para maximizar la rentabilidad.
• Gestionar el movimiento del parque de máquinas (altas, bajas, traslados) con un enfoque de optimización.
• Generar informes de control y rendimiento con alertas, proyecciones y recomendaciones.
• Colaborar con técnicos, operaciones y proveedores para implementar mejoras.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente sobre juegos de azar en Canarias.
• Participar en el desarrollo o mejora de herramientas de seguimiento y análisis.
  
  

🎓 ¿Qué buscamos?

• Titulación en Contabilidad, Administración, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
• +3 años en roles de control de gestión, contabilidad operativa o análisis de rendimiento.
• Dominio de Excel avanzado y Power BI.
• Experiencia con sistemas ERP y software de monitoreo de máquinas.
• Conocimiento de la normativa de juegos de azar (Canarias, deseable).

Formación:

• Conocimiento de la normativa autonómica sobre juegos de azar (especialmente en Canarias).
