Role Overview:

As a Front-End Software Engineer, you will be joining a team focused on ensuring that our gaming products are highly resilient, extremely low latency and scalable to massive volume, all while providing a first-class customer experience. With a great understanding of the modern architectural and engineering practices that underpin highly successful distributed transactional solutions, your team will work hand-in-glove with the Product Managers to design, build, deliver and run our gaming platforms and products. 

Sharing your team's passion for automation and producing thoroughly tested and high-quality services and you will leave no stone unturned to help drive the company's success. 

Part of our rapidly growing Tech team, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in taking the KingMakers products to the next level.

What you will be doing:   

• Design it: ensure that everything is designed not just for now, but for the growth of years to come  
• Build it: deliver great solutions that are proven to meet the needs of the Product Managers and Product Designers as well as your colleagues in Support and Operations  
• Test it: be accountable for your own testing and for the overall quality of your output, you'll make sure testing happens fast, frequently and effectively  
• Run it: check that everything is working as expected and go hunting for problems to solve, to constantly improve the solution 
• Document Everything: make sure we have top class and up to date technical and use case documentation 
• Mentor and coach: support and help onboard and train the less experienced members of the team 
• Collaborate: engage with other teams and users across the company to identify ways to improve and build upon the capabilities of the Platform  

What you need for this role:  

• Extensive experience in web development, using  HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Production experience with any of the modern web frameworks, such as React (Next.JS), Angular or Vue
• Comfortable working with JS tools and ecosystem, like NodeJS, NPM or Yarn, webpack, Rollup, Grunt, ESLint
• Strong fundamental knowledge in Front End development, understanding how browsers work and performance best practices in modern web apps
• Experience with headless content management systems like Strapi or Umbraco is a plus
• Proficient in Git (we use GitHub and Azure DevOps)
• Good understanding of CI/CD principles
• Experience working with data fetching via RESTful APIs or GraphQL
• Experience writing tests (unit, integration, E2E) and documentation, using tools like Cypress or Storybook
• Experience with Docker is a plus
• Experience with backend languages (C#, Java, Python) is a plus
• Experience with cloud services like Azure, AWS or GCP is a plus
• A passion for detail and problem solving, with excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Hyper-growth start-up experience is a strong plus

Responsabilidades

• Trabajamos en entorno cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) y usamos las herramientas adecuadas para cada problema en concreto.
• Traducir las necesidades de negocio a modelos predictivos, su dimensionamiento y productivización, así como la activación y monitorización de estas predicciones en relación a los OKRs.
• Desarollar modelos matemáticos avanzados basados en técnicas de machine learning, especialmente en modelos predictivos de clasificación (i.e., bagging, boosting) y clusterización (i.e., K-means, Mean Shift).

Requisitos:

• Experiencia de al menos 3 años en las funciones descritas.
• Tener conocimientos de desarrollo de software, Object Oriented Programing, y manejo avanzado de Python: estructuras de datos y principales librerías (i.e., numpy, pandas, sklearn, Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch).
• Conocimientos avanzados de bases de datos relacionales (principalmente SQL) y fuentes no relacionales/NoSQL.
• Experiencia en metodología DevOps, contribución a repositorios git, monitorización del código mediante builds (docker) y testing, así como despliegues en entornos de UAT y productivos.
• Experiencia en metodología MLOps, paquetización de modelos, módulos de entrenamiento y validación, módulos de inferencia, versionamiento de modelos y monitorización de data shift para el re-entrenamiento.
• Nivel alto de inglés.

Nos encantaría si:

• Estás acostumbrado a trabajar con algunos de los siguientes paradigmas: series temporales, NLP, análisis geoespacial, reconocimiento de imágenes, etc.
• Tienes conocimientos sobre técnicas de optimización numérica: gradient descent, quasi-Newton, computación evolutiva, programación lineal, etc.
• Has trabajado con soluciones cloud orientadas a Inteligencia Artificial: GCP (Vertex), AWS (Amazon SageMaker), Azure (MLFlow). Y la realización de prototipos/productos web en frameworks ágiles.
• Tienes experiencia con entornos Big Data y haber tratado volúmenes de datos que requieran entornos distribuidos (pyspark y Databricks).
• Que poseas conocimientos en herramientas de visualización: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Shiny, Spotfire, etc.

Accountabilities:

As a Cybersecurity Assurance Analyst at Evinova, you will operate at the intersection of Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and software engineering enablement. The Cybersecurity Assurance team is responsible for operationalizing and advancing several compliance programs including, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF v2), NIST Secure Software Development Framework (SSDF), AICPA´s SOC2, ISO 27000-series, and China Multi-Level Protection Scheme (MLPS). This role will ensure that our SaaS platform remains secure, resilient, and compliant with all relevant regulatory and customer expectations, while also partnering with the broader engineering organization by embedding cybersecurity controls into development and operations.

Reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity Assurance, you will support internal and external audit cycles, manage cyber-relevant controls and process documentation, and advise cross-functional teams in embedding secure-by-default considerations into engineering workflows and business processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about business enabling cyber processes - while working in a global, fast-paced, and cloud-native environment. Success in this role involves embracing a hands-on working environment, developing lasting risk mitigations, and collaborating across cyber teams to position Evinova at the forefront of cybersecurity risk management. As a global cybersecurity team, we strive to enable fast-paced Healthtech innovation while maintaining a strong and compliant cybersecurity posture. Successful candidates will ensure that cybersecurity assurance is not just a "check-the-box" function, but a business enabler.

Key Responsibilities:

Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)

- Support the continuous improvement of our Cybersecurity Program ("the Evinova Cyber Baseline") and ensuring defensible alignment against the NIST Cybersecurity Framework v2, ISO 27000-series, and SOC2 guidance / standards.

- Perform periodic risk assessments, controls testing, and evidence collection for internal and external audit.

- Track control remediations, risk exceptions, and audit findings - ensuring accountability across teams with timely resolutions.

- Contribute to policy, standard, and procedure development - ensuring that they are actionable and relevant to our context.

- Monitor external obligations and the regulatory environment to identify potential compliance drift.

- Partner with the Director of Cybersecurity Assurance to guide teams through threat modeling exercises and proactive risk reviews, to assess the cybersecurity and compliance implications of new initiatives.

- Support initiatives that promote a security-first mindset across Evinova, including awareness campaigns, training coordination, and storytelling around assurance wins.

Engineering Advisory

- Serve as a cybersecurity point-of-contact for Platform and Product Development teams to advise on cyber risk identifications, best practices, risk mitigations, and other cyber-relevant advisory to enable secure-by-default practices.

- Provide assurance-focused reviews on proposed architectures, designs, and deployment pipelines to validate alignment with the Evinova Cyber Baseline and auditability requirements.

- As an Audit and Assurance specialist, support the Cybersecurity Engineering team with embedding security considerations into CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and serverless / Kubernetes workloads.

- Facilitate adherence to the NIST Secure Software Development Framework (SSDF) by ensuring secure software development lifecycle practices are consistently followed (e.g., code scanning, dependency management, container security).

- Assist in building templates and guidance that empower developers to implement secure and compliant practices independently, reducing friction and increasing adoption.

Assurance and Continuous Improvement

- Leverage data from cybersecurity tools and CI/CD pipelines to assess control coverage, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that align with assurance objectives.

- Execute controls assurance testing across technical and non-technical domains.

- Prepare responses to customer cybersecurity questionnaires, request for proposals / information, and other external due diligence inquiries with accurate, evidence-backed responses. Including maintaining our public "Trust Center".

- Partner with Cybersecurity Directors and the Head of Cybersecurity in developing Evinova Leadership relevant risk metrics, dashboards, and other reporting deliverables to evidence our Cybersecurity and Product Security posture.

- Identify and operationalize opportunities to automate assurance activities (e.g., compliance as code, automated evidence collection).

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor´s degree in Cybersecurity, Management / Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, risk management, or compliance roles.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity guidance, frameworks, and standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST 800-53, or CIS Controls.
- Experience working with GRC platforms (e.g., Hyperproof, OneTrust, SafeBase) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Your role

We are looking for aSecOps Cloud & Data Centre Specialistfor ourCyberSecurity department, a key team in our technology ecosystem. This area is responsible the security on OnPrem and Cloud.

Your main tasks will be:
- Responsible for the management and support of the security systems and applications ensuring 24/7/365 availability covering all levels of support (1st/2nd/3rd Line).
- Ensuring any issues are dealt with within the business recovery timeframes and frameworks.
- Responsible for the on-going maintenance/upgrade/documentation of all infrastructure components.
- Provide architectural design/implementation of security projects as per Global standards/best practice and business requirements.
- Perform on-going audits/vulnerability analysis on key security components and ensuring compliance against regulatory requirements.
- Developing other team members through mentoring and skills/knowledge transfer.

What you´ll bring

If you think you´ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we´ll be looking for in your CV:
- Understanding of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, VPN, Routing (OSPF, BGP), HSRP, Spanning Tree.
- Knowledge of networks, CCNP or similar.
- Knowledge in public cloud environments. Azure, AWS and GCP.
- Firewalls : Checkpoint/Palo Alto.
- Provider-1/GAIA.
- IPS: Checkpoint / Palo Alto.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate effectively with peers, other teams and management.
- English, advanced level, C1.
