¿Qué harás?
- Liderar la gestión de proyectos digitales de principio a fin, asegurando que las iniciativas cumplan objetivos de negocio y experiencia cliente.
- Investigar y analizar el mercado para identificar oportunidades estratégicas en procesos de captación digital.
- Identificar nuevas iniciativas, generar hipótesis de impacto esperado y business case. En base a ello, planificar los proyectos a corto, medio y largo plazo teniendo también la complejidad técnica y los recursos disponibles.
- Trabajar junto con el equipo de diseño en la experiencia de los procesos digitales. Realizar la definición funcional de los requerimientos, casos de uso y seguimiento en el despliegue de iniciativas junto con los equipos técnicos.
- Monitorizar el impacto de las iniciativas lanzadas y proponer nuevos proyectos basados en resultados obtenidos y el feedback de clientes/usuarios.
- Gestionar el backlog y la relación con los distintos stakeholders de la entidad, asegurando que los proyectos y las prioridades están alineadas con la estrategia general de la empresa.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia laboral, incluyendo roles de desarrollo de negocio o gestión de producto, idealmente con exposición a productos digitales o tech companies.
- Se valorará experiencia en proyectos vinculados a la captación y vinculación digital de nuevos clientes.
- Licenciatura o Master en administración de empresas, marketing, STEM o área similar.
- Orientación a impacto en negocio y resultado
- Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas, con capacidad para interpretar datos, extraer insights accionables y respaldar decisiones de negocio con argumentos sólidos.
- Foco en entender las necesidades y comportamientos de los usuarios para diseñar propuestas relevantes.
- Mentalidad práctica y resolutiva, capaz de gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades de forma efectiva. Plus si tienes experiencia liderando iniciativas complejas, con habilidades para coordinar equipos internos y externos.
- Excelentes habilidades para presentar ideas de forma clara y concisa a diferentes audiencias.
- Se valorará conocimiento en plataformas de diseño (Figma) y herramientas analíticas (Adobe Analytics).

- The Product Owner is responsible for defining Stories, providing definition of done and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team (where applicable).

Responsibilities
- Research customer experiences and demands through validation with key users / zones.
- Works with Capability Owners to refine product backlog and prepare product increment planning (understand feature requirements and acceptance criteria: what needs to be delivered by when).
- Define stories and provide necessary clarifications to assist the agile team with their story estimates and sequencing.
- Outline a detailed product strategy & manage product road maps and releases with inputs from Capability Owners and Data Domain Owner.
- Manage cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer experience.
- Generate and manage new product ideas, through surveys, interviews and feedback channels.
- Understand a product’s selling points, identify product gaps and work with engineering teams to address them.
- Acts as a product evangelist and representing the product towards all stakeholders.
- Coordinates between users / customers and delivery teams on Train-the-Trainers, User Acceptance Testing and knowledge transfer.
- Provide cross-functional leadership between delivery teams, domain teams, notably leadership, customer success, capability and incubation teams. Key aspect is to ensure alignment on the vision and keep everyone informed about updates.
- Ensure the product is actively used, and the good level of support is provided to ensure operations and further iterations of the product
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or IT Management
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
- Experience in Pricing, Quotation and Order Experience is and advantage
- Data savvy, with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of roadmap management in agile environments.
- Experience in internal product marketing and value-based delivery.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership to all levels of the organization.
- Analytical thinking and empathy for customer needs.

Para que puedas apoyar el propósito de la Dirección de Marketing, con tu rol de Product Manager, contribuirás a conseguir que futuros estudiantes nos elijan para cursar su grado con nosotros. Para lograrlo:
- Liderarás las estrategias y planes de producto y marketing de una serie de grados,másters y postgrados y/o clínicas universitarias.
- Trabajarás directamentecon la Dirección de las diferentes Facultades o Departamentos, así como con miembros de equipos multifuncionales. This role is driving our product teams forward ensuring they have everything they need in order to deliver. From maintaining our road map in collaboration with our management team and other stakeholders, to facilitating the agile ceremonies the teams require in order to get the best from them.
As a Producer, you are the go to person for the organisation to get an understanding of what is going to be released in our next version and when, grooming the product backlog and ensuring each element has the appropriate supporting documentation, removing ambiguity from the delivery team.
You are the expert in agile methodologies and how to apply them based on the needs of the product and the people you work with, while always striving for better ways to unlock further potential.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate With Design And Engineering Teams To Define And Improve Our Product
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. CEO, CTO, other Producers, Tech Leads etc.) to manage requirements, development, and maintenance of technical initiatives.
- Liaise with internal (e.g. Partner Managers and external stakeholders e.g. Partners) in establishing and workshopping future requirements.
- Establish buy-in of proposed improvements from key product stakeholders.
Own the Product Backlog And Prioritise The Roadmap
- Take ownership of the platform and relevant workstream product backlog, grooming and prioritising according to the business’ and our partner’s needs.
- Ensure prioritised improvements have the appropriate level of supporting documentation and design input.
- Guide and support product designers by providing clear feedback and creating opportunities for learning and growth
Optimise Team Engagement And Efficiency
- Identify and communicate all roadblocks or bottlenecks that may prevent the team from delivering.
- Run the relevant ceremonies to empower our teams to maximise their delivery potential, maintaining or improving their velocity.
- Provide support to our other teams where identified improvements can be made to the delivery processes.
Ensure Scalable Growth and Effective Execution
- Work closely with leadership teams to identify the needs of a growing business and the increasing demand on our development, design, and release management teams.
- Provide data to ensure that project goals, objectives, milestones and deliverable requirements are realistic and achievable.
- Conduct the necessary scoping and pre-dev sessions as well as any other related partner workshops.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a senior B2B or B2C product ownership position (Product Lead, Product Manager, Project Manager).
- Prior experience working in the iGaming industry.
- Strong background and experience in facilitation and leadership within a scrum organization.
- Track record of successful project planning execution driving the timely delivery of quality projects.
- Skilled communicator, with experience in conveying complex concepts using the appropriate tools to C-level and internal teams as well as external stakeholders.
- Expert in agile methodologies and the application of processes based on the team requirements.
