Bending Spoons · Barcelona, ES
Teletreball . Excel Office
At Bending Spoons, we’re striving to build one of the all-time great companies. A company that serves a huge number of customers. A company where team members grow to their full potential. A company that functions at unparalleled levels of effectiveness and efficiency. A company that creates value for shareowners at an extraordinary rate. And a company that does so while adhering to high ethical standards.
In pursuit of this objective, we acquire and improve digital businesses, not to sell on, but to own and operate for the long term. The transformations we make are often deep—designed to speed up innovation, benefit customers, and strengthen business performance. Here, hierarchy is minimal and teams are small and talent-dense. We operate established products with the ambition, agility, and urgency of a startup. Across the company, we integrate AI deeply into how we work so that human judgment and machine intelligence reinforce each other.
For a talented, driven, and collaborative individual, working at Bending Spoons is an opportunity to learn, make an impact, and progress their career at an exceptionally high rate. That’s our promise to such a candidate.
A few examples of your responsibilities
- Create exceptional visual assets across every touchpoint. From paid and organic social content to product visuals, brand assets, and presentation decks, create work that's effective, visually compelling, and delivered fast. Own the quality of every deliverable from brief to final output.
- Master your craft and raise the bar. Develop deep expertise in your primary discipline: motion, graphic design, illustration, or others. Build skills across adjacent ones to increase the range of work you can own.
- Stay ahead of what is possible, with AI. Use AI tools to push your creative output further and faster—from generating concepts and exploring visual directions quickly, to accelerating production workflows. Stay ahead of what's possible and apply new techniques where they matter.
- Deliver at pace, without sacrificing quality. Handle a high volume of work across multiple projects and priorities without dropping below excellent. Make smart trade-offs between craft and urgency.
- Execute with business awareness. Understand why something is being made, who it's for, and what success looks like. Use that context to make better craft decisions—not just aesthetically stronger ones, but strategically purposeful ones.
- Spot opportunities and take initiative. Don't wait for a fully formed brief. Flag gaps, propose ideas, and identify moments where proactive creative work can have a real impact—then act on them.
- Reasoning ability. Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems. You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You resist the influence of biases. You identify and take care of the details that matter.
- Drive. You’re extremely ambitious in everything you do—and your initiative, effort, and tenacity match the intensity of your ambition. You feel deeply responsible for your work. You hold yourself to a high—and rising—bar.
- Team spirit. You give generously and without the expectation of receiving in return. You support the best idea, not your idea. You're always happy to get your hands dirty to help your team. You’re reliable, honest, and transparent.
- Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
- Incredibly talented, entrepreneurial teams. You’ll work in small, result-oriented, autonomous teams alongside some of the brightest people in your field.
- An exceptional opportunity for growth. We go to great lengths to hire individuals of outstanding potential—then, our priority is to put them in the ideal position to thrive. Spooners in their 20s lead products worth hundreds of millions of dollars. And if you’ve got what it takes, you’ll soon be playing an essential role in major projects, too.
- All. These. Benefits. Flexible hours, remote working, unlimited backing for learning and training, top-of-the-market health insurance, a rich relocation package, generous parental support, and a yearly retreat to a stunning location. We help each Spooner set up the conditions to do their best work.
- Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discounted price. Typically, we offer individuals with limited experience an annual salary of £56,345 in London and €54,346 elsewhere in Europe. For candidates with highly relevant experience, compensation can reach up to £151,436 in London and €145,430 elsewhere in Europe. Compensation varies by location and expected impact, and grows rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into greater contributions. For individuals who demonstrate exceptional capability, we may offer compensation beyond the usual ranges to reflect their higher expected impact. If you're offered a permanent contract, you'll also be able to receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, allowing you to participate in the value we create together. If relocating to Italy, you may be eligible for a 50% tax reduction.
Permanent or fixed-term. Full-time.
Location
Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), or fully remote from eligible countries.
The selection process
In our screening process, we prioritize verifiable signals of excellence, regardless of seniority. There are no preferential paths beyond what your application demonstrates, and we evaluate every candidate through the same process.
Some people hold back because they feel they lack experience or have an “imperfect” CV. If you like the role and believe you could excel over time, don’t self-reject.
All applications go through our careers page, which is the only way to be considered. If you pass our screening, you’ll be asked to complete one or more tests. They are challenging, may involve unfamiliar problems, and can take several hours. To learn more about what to expect throughout the selection process, you can find additional information here.
We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re confident we’ve found the right candidate. This is why a job may remain open for months or be reposted several times.
We consider all applicants for employment and provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities—please let us know through this form.
Before you apply
If you’ve applied before but didn't receive an offer, we recommend waiting at least one year before applying again.
Bending Spoons is a demanding environment. We’re extremely ambitious and we hold ourselves—and one another—to a high standard. While this tends to lead to extraordinary learning, achievement, and career growth, it also requires significant commitment.
To help you ramp up quickly and set yourself up for success, we expect you to spend most days in our Milan office during your first few months with us, regardless of your long-term work location. It’s the best way to rapidly absorb our company culture and build trust with your new teammates. We’ll support you with generous travel and accommodation assistance. After that, you’re welcome to work from one of our offices, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage.
If the role speaks to you and you’re excited to give your best, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now—we can’t wait to meet you.

As our next Director of Engineering, you’ll be the architect of our delivery engine. This isn't about sitting in the code all day; it's about shaping how engineering actually happens in an AI-first world. You’ll lead the systems, the people, and the workflows that allow us to ship world-class software at a pace that leaves the competition behind.
Forget long lists, here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:
- Defining the AI-enabled SDLC: Moving beyond simple "copilots" to integrate agentic workflows, automated reviews, and AI-driven incident response into our daily DNA.
- Orchestrating the machine: Evolving our "Golden Paths," developer platforms, and CI/CD patterns so that "how work moves" from idea to production is a competitive advantage.
- Leading through leaders: Mentoring 3–5 Engineering Managers to build high-accountability teams that ship frequently, with fewer surprises and higher quality.
- Setting the technical agenda: Making the high-stakes calls on architecture, reliability, and security across a significant slice of our estate.
- Driving high-intensity execution: Removing obstacles with pace and ensuring our ambitious roadmap becomes a reality through clarity and technical judgment.
- Deep technical credibility: You can hold your own with staff engineers on distributed systems, security risks, and performance bottlenecks.
- An AI-forward mindset: You have a strong POV on how agentic patterns and human-in-the-loop design transform engineering throughput.
- Systems thinking: You focus on the system of work standardising where it helps and granting autonomy where it matters.
- Proven leadership at scale: You’ve successfully led multiple teams through managers and know how to build a strong leadership bench.
- A hunger for pace: You thrive in high-intensity environments where expectations are high, and the "typical" corporate speed isn't enough.
- Competitive salary + annual bonus
- Employee Share Program
- Health, well-being and learning support
- Gym membership, Smart Tech Scheme and Cycle Scheme
- Birthday/Special day leave
- Buy & sell holiday scheme
- 1 week’s paid charity leave and much more!
- Screening call with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners
- 1st stage interview with our Chief Technology Officer
- 2nd Stage interview with our VP, R&D Operations
- 3rd Stage interview with our Director of Engineering
If this sounds like the place where you can do your best work, we’d love to hear from you, even if you don’t tick every box

Join us and be part of the play!
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Game Economy to join our team in Barcelona. Unlike traditional game economy roles focused on a single title, this position will operate as a centralized expert resource across multiple games. You will lead economic strategy on a project basis: analyzing each game, identifying the key opportunities and challenges in its economy, and guiding the design and implementation of sustainable solutions.
In addition, you will play a critical role in building and mentoring in-game economy teams. While you will initially lead the economic development for each project, you will also establish the long-term structures and train internal teams within each game to own and manage the economy independently.
This role is both strategic and hands-on: blending research, analysis, system design, cross-team collaboration, and leadership development.
What You'll Do
You aren't just managing one game; you are the architect of a portfolio. You will step into different projects to diagnose economic health, design robust pricing and reward systems, and then train the local teams to take the reins.
- Drive Portfolio Strategy: You will serve as the shared expert across multiple games, taking full ownership of economic health by identifying gaps and implementing tailored solutions for engagement and business performance.
- Build and Mentor Teams: You will lead the recruitment, mentoring, and training of new in-game economy teams, establishing the long-term structures they need to eventually manage their game's economy independently.
- Design and Simulate: You will use your quantitative expertise to develop predictive models, simulations, and A/B tests that validate design decisions and forecast the impact of new features.
- Collaborate Globally: You will lead cross-functional efforts with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers across different geographies, acting as a cultural and technical bridge to ensure seamless execution.
- Economic Mastery: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, paired with a proven track record of optimizing complex game economies.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced analytical skills with a "must-have" mastery of Excel; experience with SQL, R, or Python is a significant advantage for deep-dive research.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to grow junior talent into strong economists and lead high-level strategic initiatives across departments.
- F2P Passion: A deep-seated interest in Free-to-Play mechanics and a sophisticated understanding of how to balance player experience with sustainable monetization.
- Additional background in Monetization strategy to complement your economic expertise.
- Experience working on large-scale online, social, or multiplayer games.
- Hybrid working model: we ask you to come to our Barcelona office at least 2 days per week
- A generous 25 days of annual leave, plus public holidays
- Private medical insurance for you and your family to keep your health bar full
- Disability and life insurance
- Choose from the latest iOS or Android device when you join (phone or tablet)
- Free language lessons in English, Spanish and Catalan
- Spotify Premium to add the perfect soundtrack to your adventure
- Legendary social events and parties to let off some steam
- Take-Two Interactive employee stock purchase plan (eligibility criteria applies)
- Professional development budget for skills training
- State of the art gym facilities
- Free breakfast, lunch, and specialty coffee
- Onsite physiotherapist and hairdresser (no wallet needed!)

Director, Enterprise AI Transformation
7 de jul.Cint
Director, Enterprise AI Transformation
Cint · Barcelona, ES
Teletreball . Office
Job Description
Cint is moving from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide AI-enabled operating change.
The next phase is not about adding more tools or running isolated pilots. It is about redesigning how work happens: where humans lead, where AI assists, where AI automates, and where autonomous AI can safely operate.
As Director, Enterprise AI Transformation, you will lead Cint’s AI Transformation Office and own the strategy, roadmap and operating model for embedding AI into the way Cint works. Your focus will be measurable business value: better workflows, faster cycle times, improved quality, stronger productivity, clearer governance and board-ready evidence of impact.
This is a senior transformation role for someone who can turn AI ambition into operating change.
Where the role sits
You will report to the Chief People & AI Transformation Officer and lead the enterprise AI transformation agenda across Cint.
You will lead a small, high-impact ATO team and work closely with:
AI Workflow Transformation Lead — workflow redesign, co-build sprint delivery and practical delivery coordination.
AI Enablement & Adoption Lead — AI literacy, manager capability, adoption, playbooks and behaviour change.
AI/Data Architecture capability — critical technical dependency for architecture, data readiness, build / buy / configure recommendations and integration design.
Business Technology, Infrastructure, Legal, DPO and InfoSec — implementation, operational handover, security, data governance, GDPR, model risk and compliance gates.
Functional AI Domain Leads — business-side ownership, use-case identification, local prioritisation and adoption.
AI Transformation Steering Group — executive alignment, investment decisions, escalation and enterprise-level prioritisation.
What you will own
Enterprise AI strategy and roadmap
You will own and maintain Cint’s enterprise AI transformation strategy and roadmap, aligned to business priorities and executive direction.
You will identify where AI can create value across productivity, quality, speed, cost-to-serve, risk reduction, employee experience and operating leverage. You will decide which opportunities enter the transformation portfolio, how they are sequenced, and where Cint should focus first.
ATO operating model
You will own the AI Transformation Office operating model, including how work is prioritised, governed, delivered, measured and escalated.
You will ensure the ATO operates through three clear pathways:
Enable — broad adoption, manager tools, playbooks, training and reusable practices.
Guide — decision frameworks, guardrails, prioritisation, standards and governance.
Co-build — deeper support for complex, high-value, cross-functional or higher-risk workflows.
Your job is to make sure each AI opportunity gets the right level of ATO support based on value, complexity and risk.
Portfolio prioritisation and value realisation
You will manage the enterprise AI transformation portfolio and value framework.
You will prioritise initiatives based on business value, feasibility, risk, readiness and scalability. You will define success measures, track impact and ensure AI initiatives create measurable operating change — not just activity, usage or enthusiasm.
You will challenge, reshape or stop work that is not delivering value.
Transformation delivery outcomes
You will be accountable for ensuring AI transformation work has clear outcomes, owners, governance, dependencies, adoption plans and measurement.
You will hold the AI Workflow Transformation Lead accountable for practical workflow outcomes and the AI Enablement & Adoption Lead accountable for adoption, capability and behaviour-change outcomes.
You will surface blockers quickly and escalate decisions where delivery risk threatens business value.
Executive alignment and reporting
You will own the executive narrative for enterprise AI transformation.
You will prepare clear updates for the Chief People & AI Transformation Officer, CEO, Steering Group and Board: what has shipped, what value has been created, what is blocked and what decisions are needed.
You will make AI transformation visible, measurable and credible at leadership level.
AI operating standards and reusable patterns
You will define common standards for AI transformation work, including intake, prioritisation, value cases, governance checkpoints, measurement and handover. You will ensure successful workflow patterns are captured, reused and scaled across the organisation.
Critical technical dependency
The ATO can enable, guide and co-build AI-enabled ways of working, but it cannot deliver sustainable enterprise impact without committed technical architecture and implementation capacity.
You will work closely with Business Technology to ensure priority workflows have clear technical ownership, data readiness, integration paths, security input, governance gates, support models and production handover.
Capability, adoption and culture
You will work with the AI Enablement & Adoption Lead and People team to make AI transformation a capability, not a series of projects.
You will help leaders understand their role in sponsoring AI-enabled change, support adoption rituals and success sharing, and ensure the human side of transformation is treated as core delivery work.
Who you will be / Requirements
Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated experience driving large-scale tech or operational transformations, specifically focusing on bringing legacy organizations forward into the modern tech era.
Industry Experience: Experience in AI-native companies or organizations recognized as early, aggressive adopters of AI
No Coding Required, High Literacy Mandatory: You do not need to be a software engineer, but you must possess a deep, practical understanding of how AI works, its terminology, and its architectural ecosystem.
Hands-on Experimentation: You are someone who actively uses and experiments with AI. You should have firsthand experience building prompts, developing skills, or deploying AI agents.
Strategic Tech Fluency: Ability to confidently partner with deeply technical leaders, understanding the practical "domino effects" of implementing AI (e.g., “when you prompt X, Y happens; when deploying this agent, Z is the infrastructure impact”).
Tooling Familiarity: Seamless comfort working in modern tech environments (e.g., GSuite, Slack) is expected.
Core Competencies & Soft Skills
Navigating Ambiguity: Comfort operating as a pioneer in an undefined, rapidly evolving space. You can build structure out of chaos.
Change Management & Resilience: Proven ability to navigate organizational resistance. You know how to get traditional business units and deeply technical engineering teams aligned and enthusiastic about change.
Stakeholder Management & Critical Thinking: Sharp judgment and exceptional communication skills. You can manage complex relationships with senior European stakeholders and technical partners alike.
What success looks like
Within the first 3 months, you will have established the enterprise AI transformation roadmap, ATO operating model, portfolio view, governance cadence, prioritisation framework and first wave of priority initiatives.
Within 6–9 months, Cint should have visible AI-enabled workflow improvements in priority areas, with clear adoption data, measurable value and board-ready evidence of progress.
Over time, you will help Cint move from scattered AI experimentation to AI-enabled operating leverage: redesigned workflows, stronger capability, clearer governance, better tooling decisions and measurable improvements in how work gets done.
