En base a la estrategia establecida, tus principales funciones serán:
- Gestión del día a día de las RRSS de la marca y respuesta a usuarios.

REQUISITOS
CONOCIMIENTOS:

Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol.
In order to do so, Sateliot is launching a constellation of last generation nanosatellites, located at low altitude that act as mobile towers. Sateliot is the perfect complement for large telecommunications companies by providing them with the necessary infrastructure where terrestrial technologies do not arrive.
YOUR MISSION
At Sateliot, we are growing and want our team to feel aligned, inspired, and connected. We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn person to join the People team to manage internal communication and help grow our brand as an attractive and innovative employer.
With this role, you’ll be responsible for giving voice to our culture and ensuring that every person at Sateliot feels informed, heard, and part of a shared project.
YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Design, write, and coordinate internal content (newsletters, announcements, videos, Slack messages, etc.).
- Support internal initiatives such as All Hands, celebrations, well-being activities, or team recognition.
- Create attractive and visual communication materials to reinforce company culture.
- Participate in employer branding actions (LinkedIn, university partnerships, visibility projects).
- Collaborate closely with the Human Resources team to communicate internal initiatives and projects clearly and inspiringly.
- Identify and propose new ideas to strengthen team connection and sense of belonging at Sateliot.
REQUIREMENTS
- Recently completed degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing or similar.
- Previous internship or project experience in communication, content creation, social media, or related areas.
- Creative mindset and strong writing skills.
- Proactive, organized person with a desire to grow and learn.
- Good command of digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, or similar).
- Good level of English (written and spoken).
