About The Role
As an international Freelance Art Director, you will lead and inspire creative teams to deliver impactful visual solutions for diverse global clients. Combining creative vision with strong organizational skills, you will oversee projects from concept to execution, ensuring all work aligns with client objectives, brand identity, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction: Conceptualize and develop innovative ideas for campaigns across multiple markets and platforms.
- Project Leadership: Coordinate design workflows, manage priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, strategists, and business teams to craft cohesive, integrated creative concepts.
- Client Engagement: Work directly with international clients, translating their needs into effective design solutions.
- Execution: Oversee the production and adaptation of creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other tools.
- Team Development: Mentor and guide designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and emerging tools to keep creative outputs fresh and competitive.
We are looking for someone responsible, enthusiastic, ability to conceptualize, taste, talent and ease for teamwork.
Skills & Experience
- Previous international experience
- English language mastery
- High level of design and conceptualization skills
- Absolute mastery of the Adobe package and Figma.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating teams and graphic design projects and ability to handle them autonomously.
- Some healthcare agency experience is a plus
- Team player and leadership skills
- Strong worth ethic and proactivity
