Senior Video Project Manager (Temporary - 3 months)

We're looking for an experienced, client-facing Senior Project Manager to lead full funnel video campaigns for our growing video production agency.
We're Camping, a small-but-mighty brand storytelling & video agency based in Barcelona, helping B2B tech companies transform from 'boring' to heartfelt through brand & video storytelling.
We need an experienced Senior Project Manager to join us temporarily (January to March/April 2026) to lead client-facing project management for our full funnel video campaigns. This is an urgent hire to cover a gap in our team until our permanent Project Manager returns from medical leave.
Contract Type & Duration
Full-time temporary contract for approximately 3 months (January to March/April 2026), to cover the gap until the permanent team member returns - but with a possibility to extend if the fit is right and business needs evolve.
The Role
As our Senior Project Manager, you'll be the main point of contact for clients and will manage full funnel video campaigns from start to finish. You'll coordinate between internal creative teams, external collaborators, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, is comfortable with video production processes, and has strong client-facing experience. You'll need to be available full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) and onboard quickly to support ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full funnel video campaigns from start to finish, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling all client-facing communications and updates
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between internal teams and external collaborators
- Support both pre-production and project management tasks as needed
- Collaborate closely with the creative, design, and production teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and deliverables
- Help define and maintain clear project scopes, especially regarding variations and deliverables (e.g., CMP vs. SST)
- Onboard quickly and provide immediate support to ongoing projects
- If senior enough, may also support pre-production for upcoming courses
Required Experience
- Senior-level experience in project management, ideally within creative, production, or campaign environments
- CRITICAL: Experienced with video production as a client-facing project manager
- CRITICAL: Senior experience in project management for video production and account management, client-facing
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Experience with full funnel campaign management is highly desirable
- Strong client-facing skills; able to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and internal teams
- CRITICAL: Perfect English (C1 or native level)
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and drive projects forward under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving project needs
- CRITICAL: Available full-time for three months, working full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
- Familiarity with audiovisual production processes
- Additional languages are a plus
- As of 2025, our full-time team has been trialing a 4-day workweek with most Fridays off
- Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 2 days a week to collaborate and connect
- For this temporary senior role, you will need to be present and highly engaged, especially during the initial onboarding period
- This role requires full-time availability (approximately 40 hours per week) to manage ongoing campaigns effectively
- Working hours are generally flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments
- Competitive rate, benchmarked at or above €4,000/month (can be higher for the right candidate, considering the urgency and seniority required)
- Flexibility in terms of employment: freelancer (can invoice monthly or as agreed) or full-time contract for 3 months
- Immediate start preferred (early January 2026)
- Full-time commitment required: approximately 40 hours per week for 3 months
- The role is temporary but could become permanent if the fit is right and business needs evolve
