We are looking for an experienced Product Designer with a strong bias for action, and enthusiasm for users to join our cross-functional teams in elevating the experience of our B2B products.

Be ready to work in a multinational, diverse, highly motivated and collaborative team of passionate developers who strive for excellence and have fun in the process.

You’d help to enable business travellers and travel managers to book and manage safe and reliable trips in seconds, delivering exceptional reliability, ease of use, and comprehensive tools and features to enhance the business travel experience. Evolving various web-tools, as well as our rider-app – the core of Freenow’s service – in the process.

You’ll work closely with other Product Designers, UX Researchers, and UX Writers, as well as cross-functional partners in squads, to deliver high-quality experiences that help solve our users’ problems and support them in achieving their goals. You also will play an active role in shaping the UX Culture and processes at Freenow, helping nurture a collaborative and open-minded environment, alongside people with different backgrounds, focuses, strengths, and experience levels.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Design from discovery to delivery: You will represent UX subject matter expertise within discovery, exploration, crafting, and development processes to bring great ideas to life.
• Domain ownership: You will operate with a substantial degree of autonomy assuming full stewardship of product design for Freenow B2B products.
• UX Strategy: You will help us drive our UX team strategy, by leading initiatives from it together with other UX peers.
• Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders to translate complex business and user requirements into cohesive designs.
• Data-Driven: You will actively participate and contribute to user research initiatives. This data informed approach will be the basic expectation of the role within our team.
• Feedback culture: You are a believer of Radical Candor, which means you love receiving constructive feedback and you also provide feedback every single day.
• Understanding business: Your work will not only cater to the requirements of our users but will also contribute to the success of the product and the organization. You will need to get comfortable with the ride-hailing industry.

• You have worked for around 3 years as a Product Designer, in a fast-paced environment such as start-ups and tech companies.
• You have strong experience designing for web, iOS and Android products and have worked with Design Systems.
• You can craft delightful and efficient interfaces and have a keen eye for what makes a good user experience and a supportive, accessible, and scalable user interface.
• You can clearly articulate your design vision and ideas through verbal and written explanation, sketching, or quick mock-ups to small or large groups, from designers to the leadership team.
• You have experience in working with quantitative and qualitative data to drive design decisions and understand the values and shortcomings of each.
• You are driven by curiosity and embrace both continuous learning and adaptability.
