We are looking to hire ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups.

We are serial entrepreneurs, for example Paul Müller (founder Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder SumUp, €8B) who are eager to support outlier personalities and serial entrepreneurs to build €1B+ companies.

Our offer:

• A salary while you build your startup as you will directly be employed by us. Alternatively, you can opt for up to €500k in funding.
• 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders on a weekly basis

• You will receive support in hiring through our network to over 50,000 professionals and advice as well as best practices from serial entrepreneurs
• You will receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding
• You will iterate your product with us until having reached product-market-fit and receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing engine respectively

• You are willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues

🔎Actualmente estamos en la búsqueda de Ingeniero de Sistemas de Guerra Electrónica & Radar para participar en proyectos navales en el Sector Defensa.

La persona seleccionada formará parte de un gran equipo de profesionales y participará en proyectos de alta confidencialidad.

📍Ubicación: Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid)

🌍Modalidad: Híbrido (60% teletrabajo).

¿Qué buscamos?

✅ Titulación: Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones o similares 🎓

✅Más de 5 años experiencia en diseño de sistemas electrónicos, enfocado en actividades de arquitectura y gestión de requisitos.

✅Experiencia en sistemas críticos (conocimiento en normativa MIL-STD-882E o similar).

✅Experiencia en análisis de necesidades y su traducción en requisitos de desarrollo.

✅Experiencia en proceso de desarrollo ciclo V.

✅Experiencia con herramientas MBSE.

✅Persona proactiva, autónoma y capaz de trabajar en equipos multidisciplinares.

Funciones:

✅Arquitectura de sistemas embarcados (control electrónico, procesado de señal, motorización, HMI, etc.).

✅Análisis funcional (de sistema).

✅Diseño de arquitectura lógica del sistema.

✅Soporte al desarrollo de sistemas (estrategia de desarrollo).

✅Análisis y declinación de requisitos de sistema hacia subsistemas.

✅Soporte a la integración y validación de sistemas.

✅ Disponibilidad para realizar viajes nacionales.

✅Nacionalidad española-europea (mínimo 2 años).
