YOUR MISSION

Are you looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest growing Startups in Europe? Glovo is looking for a Category Management and UX intern. In this role you will be responsible for delivering the best-in-class user experience for our groceries customers while seeking to maximize conversion, sales and profitability for the business.

THE JOURNEY

• You will have full ownership of the App’s Layout and user experience, from the creation of the product to ensuring the correct visualization and sorting
• Define and execute the yearly Event Calendar together with the Marketing team
• Work closely with other teams such as Tech, Category Management, Data Analytics and Operations
• Contribute to the weekly business analysis in order to understand deviations and make decisions for improvement
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Ride

• Proactivity, organization skills, and obsession with details
• Strong ownership
• Good analytical skills, willing to test and solve problems based on data. Intermediate Google Sheets knowledge is required. Knowledge on Looker / Tableau / Power BI is nice to have
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent English, spoken and written

YOUR MISSION

Your main mission will be to: “Define and own the People strategic agenda” for the Global Operations for one of our Global Geographies.

Reporting into Intl People Director, you will work directly with the Sr. Directors and VPs of the assigned areas. As part of the leadership team of the business areas, you will be the main point of contact for senior leadership across the organization, providing both expert strategic thinking and leadership support. You will be responsible to bring to life the People vision, deploy people strategy, support business needs with a high bar approach, challenging the status quo and building a strong relationship with your internal clients. You will play a key role in managing the business from the People perspective of a number of teams and sub-departments. Long-term strategy and Business and objectives typically guide this role. Must work cross functional with local and global HR teams in centers of excellence and operations & solutions and will focus on all areas of Human Resources activity within a large section of the organization.

THE JOURNEY

Partner strategically with the senior leaders in the team, always aligned with People processes, to translate strategic objectives into project delivery

• Guide your team to build strategic initiatives through the generation of relevant data and analysis
• Lead growth projects within the teams you support as well as reorganizations according to business needs.
• Own the Strategic workforce planning activities.
• Coaches, supports, mentors and challenges business leaders in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and direction on sophisticated HR issues.
• Partner with the client area's leadership to identify business needs aligned with organization plans and team growth (structure, costs) and partner with the People Acquisition team to ensure and enable the correct recruitment process.
• Ensure development is a key topic in Glovo, making it a core topic at the leadership level within the client teams. Ensure the performance review process with high-quality discussion, and implement and manage career path for key roles and secure succession planning
• Support the business to identify mid and long-term capability needs, in order to implement a learning and development process and ensure a continuous learning environment
• Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, monitor employee engagement, and retention activities
  
  

What You Will Bring To The Ride

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields

• Previous experience as a Head of People or Sr HRBP roles. If you are a business leader looking for People challenges, we would really like to hear from you too!
• Amazing analytical skills, data-driven mindset
• Experience leading a team of HRBPs
• A business first attitude
• Experience navigating complex scenarios, acting as an advisor for senior leadership stakeholders
• Experience in highly demanding environments and in a similar role for more than 7 years
