La familia Hyatt continúa creciendo y buscamos a un/a estudiante que se incorpore al departamento de Ingeniería de nuestros dos hoteles 5* en pleno centro de Madrid.
Durante tus prácticas con nosotr@s, éstas serán tus funciones:
- Asistir en la realización de estudios de ahorro energético y eficiencia.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos de sostenibilidad.
- Ayudar en la certificación de sostenibilidad de los hoteles.
- Participar en la gestión diaria del mantenimiento de dos hoteles en Madrid.
- Realizar inspecciones y auditorías de mantenimiento.
- Apoyar en la elaboración de informes técnicos y presentaciones.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de sostenibilidad.
- Estudiante o recién graduado/a en ingeniería, arquitectura o aparejador.
- Las prácticas serán a tiempo completo, por lo que será imprescindible que podamos firmar acuerdo de colaboración con tu escuela/centro de estudios. Lamentablemente no podremos tener en cuenta candidaturas que no cumplan con este requisito.
- El horario de las prácticas es de lunes a jueves de 9h a 17h y los viernes de 9h a 14h.
- Valorable conocimientos en LEED y BREEAM.
- Conocimientos de herramientas informáticas y software de diseño (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Conocimientos básicos en sostenibilidad y eficiencia energética.
- Que seas una persona responsable, comprometida y con ganas de implicarte en el aprendizaje.
- Valoramos muy positivamente la capacidad de trabajar en equipo, el compañerismo y las ganas de aprender.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y proactiva.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio o superior (deseable).

¿ Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Desarrollo de negocio y estrategia comercial, realizando una prospección activa para captar nuevos clientes y oportunidades en el mercado de segmento individual de lujo internacional, siguiendo estrategias comerciales alineadas con los objetivos del hotel.
- Cultivar y mantener relaciones con clientes de alto perfil, pertenecientes a las principales consorcias de lujo y agencias de viajes de lujo internacionales. Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y fomentar la lealtad a las marcas.
- Negociar tarifas y contratos con clientes pertenecientes a este segmento.
- Realizar estudios de mercado para identificar nuevas oportunidades y tendencias. Ajustar las estrategias de ventas en función de los cambios del mercado siempre con la aprobación del liderazgo de la organización.
- Representar a nuestros hoteles en ferias de turismo, eventos de la industria y reuniones comerciales para establecer contactos y promocionar nuestras marcas.
- Proponer y desarrollar nuevos servicios y experiencias de lujo para atraer a clientes exclusivos y diferenciar a nuestros hoteles de la competencia.
- Llevar a cabo webinars, presentaciones y liderar reuniones tanto con clientes externos como internos, según necesidades del mercado, situación de los hoteles, etc.
- Mantener en todo momento un conocimiento del mercado tanto local como internacional, adaptando nuestra oferta a las tendencias del mercado, dentro de los estándares y ADN de las marcas.
- Mantener en todo momento actualizados los sistemas de Hyatt, con las informaciones relevantes de las cuentas y mercados gestionados.
- Fomentar las relaciones con las oficinas internacionales de ventas de Hyatt y resto de hoteles internacionales, según aplique, apoyando nuestra estrategia de ventas y asegurando que son embajadores de nuestros hoteles y marcas.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, de liderazgo de proyectos y personas.
- Grado en Turismo, Hostelería, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado (Formación específica en ventas puede ser una ventaja).
- Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en ventas B2B en el sector hotelero de lujo.

Summary
The Breakfast Server is responsible for providing the highest possible quality of service to guests in an efficient and courteous manner, specifically within the breakfast area of the hotel.
This position requires part-time availability in the morning hours, from 7AM to 11AM.
Duties:

The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager role has a vast experience in the sales processes and functions of a hotel. We are seeking for a career sales professional and top producer within hotel sales who has demonstrated through performance a commitment and expertise in direct sales. Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing group inquiries (ranging from 10 to 465 rooms per night) within the assigned geographic market.
