We are looking for a Junior PM Officer (Operations) to join our team and take ownership of the operational, administrative, and financial control of structured, repeatable projects.
This role is key to professionalizing execution, ensuring order, deadline compliance, and margin control - while freeing up senior and technical profiles to focus on strategic and high-value work.

💼 Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Project Operations & Execution
• Manage operational workflows in ClickUp (task creation, assignment, tracking deadlines)
• Ensure structured follow-up of repetitive, well-defined “order-type” projects
• Coordinate with design teams for material adaptations and asset production
• Ensure deliverables are executed on time and according to scope
Financial & Budget Control
• Track hours consumed vs. budget
• Monitor project margins and flag deviations
• Prepare internal financial reports
• Support invoicing processes and PO control
• Extract and consolidate timesheet reports before finance meetings
Organization & Documentation
• Maintain project documentation and file structures
• Prepare templates and operational documentation
• Ensure consistency and traceability across projects
• Improve administrative processes to reduce risk of errors
This is a role in construction: over time, the scope and responsibilities can grow depending on performance and development.
🎓 Background & Skills:
• Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Project Management, or similar
• Master’s degree in Project Management is a plus
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Structured mindset with attention to detail
• Financial sensitivity and comfort working with budgets
• Proactive, reliable, and execution-oriented
• Comfortable working with project management tools (ClickUp or similar)
• Experience working in creative environments or collaborating closely with design/creative teams will be highly valued
• Advanced English
