Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our remote team in Valencia! In this vital role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in Dutch will be invaluable in facilitating communication with our Dutch-speaking clients and enhancing our team's capabilities.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will take on a variety of tasks aimed at improving workflow and organization. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help create a positive working environment and contribute to our client's satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and team calendars to ensure efficient workflow
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations in a timely manner
- Keep records organized and maintain up-to-date filing systems
- Communicate effectively with clients in both Dutch and English
- Arrange travel logistics for team members as needed
- Assist with various administrative tasks and support the management team
- Work collaboratively with different departments to optimize processes
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and various remote work tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to tasks
- Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Prepared to participate in a fully paid 3-month training in Greece
