ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
We are looking for an Accounting assistant to join our Mijas, Malaga office. The ideal candidate has a background in accounting and administrative tasks, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Maintains general ledgers
- Performs payroll activities
- Processes payables, receivables and payments
- Completes routine bookkeeping
- Assists with financial reports preparation
- Performs journal entries for company transactions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous accounting experience
- Degree in accounting or related
- Proficiency in office and accounting programs
- Efficient and timely work ethic
- Critical thinker and detail-oriented
- Good communication and organization skills
- Spanish and English skills
- Knowledge in accounting terminologies
- Living in Malaga area

Your tasks
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. It is our passion to offer all our guests a first-class experience. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will help our customers find the perfect holiday and ensure that incoming inquiries are converted into confirmed bookings, both on the phone and by email. Inquiries range from questions about new or existing bookings to relocation
when a property is no longer available or ordering additional services. Flexibility is key because no two days are the same. You'll receive the training you need to handle customer concerns, complaints and help with payment arrangements as part of your guest services. It's important that you can work independently while valuing teamwork and always bringing a smile to both our customers and colleagues. We work in a fast-paced environment with great development opportunities, so to be successful in this role, it is valued that you can handle pressure and swift changes in a fast-moving business.
