Seleccionamos Project Manager para Málaga, para incorporarse a una gestora de inversión inmobiliaria de referencia especializada en el desarollo integral de activos residenciales destinados al alquiler asequible con un modelo de gestión orientado al control técnico, económico y de calidad en todas las fases del proceso.
La persona seleccionada asumirá la gestión integral de promociones residenciales, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes y calidad, desde la gestión de licencias y definición de proyectos hasta la entrega final y postventa, actuando como figura clave de coordinación entre dirección, equipos técnicos, constructoras y proveedores.
FUNCIONES
- Planificación, coordinación y seguimiento de proyectos de edificación residencial en todas sus fases: diseño, definición técnica, licencias, contratación, ejecución y entrega.
- Coordinación don direcciones facultativas, estudios de arquitectura, ingenierías, constructoras y proveedores.
- Control de alcance, planificación temporal, costes y estándares de calidad.
- Identificación y gestión de riesgos, desviaciones e incidencias del proyecto.
- Supervisión del cumplimiento de compromisos, seguimiento de actas y reporting a Dirección.
- Participación en la definición y optimización de proyectos de arquitectura, estructuras e instalaciones.
- Revisión técnica de documentación y detección de incoherencias en fase de proyecto.
- Elaboración, revisión y control de presupuestos, mediciones y certificaciones.
- Análisis de desviaciones presupuestarias y control de rentabilidad del proyecto.
- Seguimiento del cash flow y control económico global de cada promoción.
- Elaboración y actualización de planning de obra y control de hitos.
- Realización de comparativos, análisis de ofertas y procesos de licitación.
- Interpretación y supervisión de la documentación técnica completa del proyecto en cada fase.
- Gestión de licencias y coordinación con organismos competentes.
- Conocimiento y revisión de contratos jurídicos, tasaciones y documentación asociada al proceso inmobiliario.
REQUISITOS
- Formación Mínima: Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería de Edificación o titulación equivalente.
- Experiencia Mínima: Al menos 2 – 3 años de experiencia demostrable en proyectos de edificación residencial.
- Valorable experiencia en promotora inmobiliaria gestionando el proyecto desde fase inicial hasta entrega y postventa.
- Dominio avanzado de AutoCad, Presto, Project y Excel.
- Valorable conocimientos de Revit y uso de herramientas tecnológicas IA aplicadas a gestión de proyectos.

Como Project Quality Coordinator, formarás parte del área de Auditoría Interna y Calidad y tendrás un rol clave garantizando la excelencia operativa de nuestros proyectos y del Sistema de Gestión Integrado (SGI).
Tu misión será diseñar, implementar y asegurar el cumplimiento del SGI, impulsando la mejora continua, fortaleciendo la cultura de calidad y actuando como referente interno y externo en materia de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Sostenibilidad.
Trabajarás de la mano del Internal Audit, Quality & Environment Manager, y coordinarás al equipo de Project Quality Technician y Document Controller.
Principales responsabilidades
- Diseñar, implementar y mantener el Sistema de Gestión Integrado (ISO 9001, 14001, 14064, 50001), asegurando su eficiencia y adaptación a la company.
- Realizar auditorías internas y actuar como portavoz ante auditorías externas, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y contractual.
- Gestionar No Conformidades, planes de acción e indicadores del SGI, impulsando la mejora continua en todas las áreas.
- Coordinar responsables de Calidad/MA en obra y supervisar la calidad mediante informes, visitas y seguimiento del desempeño HSEQ.
- Revisar y aprobar la documentación de Calidad y Medio Ambiente de proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de requisitos legales y contractuales.
- Gestionar la documentación del SGI y asegurar la actualización y difusión de la información.
- Capacitar al personal en SGI y fomentar la cultura organizacional basada en calidad y sostenibilidad.
- Participar en procesos de precalificación, ofertas y reportes corporativos (Huella de Carbono, Pacto Mundial, EINF).
