NoOffer DescriptionWe are a research project named "Andrómeda" based in Complutense University of Madrid.The Andromeda Project aims to analyse and understand contemporary representations of ancient, medieval and modern myths in Madrid, Spain, Europe and Latin America.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us organize and efficiently drive product and service work within the team.

How You’ll Drive Success 🏆

• Manage product development within the team
• Improve development processes
• Communicate closely with teams: developers, analysts, DevOps, QA, and others
• Work with technical leads to define requirements and assign tasks
• Track deadlines and ensure quality delivery
• Manage the backlog and set task priorities
• Run projects and processes in Jira
  
  

• Experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies
• Confident use of Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams
• Ability to lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and turn agreements into clear tasks
• Quick to grasp new technologies, products, and tools
• Able to understand technical discussions and speak the same language as engineers
• General understanding of trading and technical analysis
• Broad knowledge of the IT field and a genuine interest in technology

Descripción

La persona seleccionada para la posición de Project Manager de Edificación dentro de la Importante Empresa Promotora / Propiedad realizará las siguientes funciones:

• Dirigir/coordinar a los subcontratistas, gestión de obra y contratos.
• Supervisar la seguridad, control de gastos de las obras.
• Supervisar la calidad de los proyectos para la satisfacción de los objetivos establecidos.
• Coordinar y planificar los trabajos a realizar por las empresas principales y subcontratas.
• Asistir a las reuniones de dirección de obra semanales.
• Mantener la interlocución con los clientes principales.
• Realizar informes semanales y mensuales.
• Valoración y análisis de nuevas inversiones.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

El Project Manager de Edificación debe de aportar la siguientes cualidades:

• Formación técnica.
• Más de 5 años de experiencia en el sector de la construcción.
