Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a valuable opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team, with the benefit of working in beautiful Bulgaria, along with paid relocation support. In this role, you will engage with Spanish-speaking customers, delivering high-quality assistance to enhance their experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and needs effectively
- Offer detailed information about products and services, assisting customers with order placements and account management
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality control
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to customer concerns
- Stay updated on product trends and company policies to deliver informed and accurate support
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred
- Experience in customer service, particularly within an international or multicultural context
- Strong communication skills with a focus on a customer-centric approach
- Aptitude for problem-solving and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard computer applications
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support, embracing a new cultural experience
