Nuestro cliente AIC Automotive Intelligence Center precisa incorporar en su centro de trabajo situado en Boroa:

GESTOR/A DE PROYECTOS INTERNACIONALES

Su misión principal será prestar un adecuado soporte en la gestión de proyectos de alcance internacional en el sector de la movilidad/automoción.

PERFIL:

• Grado/Máster en disciplinas relacionadas con sectores industriales e internacionalizados.
• Experiencia de, al menos, 5 años en funciones relacionadas con la gestión de proyectos de carácter formativo/talento, consultoría, etc.
• Inglés y euskera.
• Iniciativa, responsabilidad y autonomía para crear y liderar proyectos cumpliendo con los plazos y objetivos.
• Capacidad de trabajar en equipo, local e internacional, y en varios proyectos simultáneamente.
• Buena capacidad de comunicación, relación con terceros y resolución de problemas.
• Atención al detalle, gusto por el trabajo organizado y capacidad de síntesis.

Para incorporación en nuestra unidad especializada Cyber / IGA buscamos un Project Manager con experiencia en gestión de proyectos en áreas de Ciberseguridad.

El puesto sería modalidad híbrida en Bilbao.

FUNCIONES:

- Organización, planificación y ejecución de proyectos de ciberseguridad.

- Dirección de equipos, definición de objetivos y comunicación con diferentes departamentos.

REQUISITOS

Experiencia en gestión de proyectos en cualquier área de ciberseguridad valorando positivamente experiencia en gestión de identidades / IAM.

Inglés avanzado oral y escrito

Teletrabajo Agile

• Play a key role in supervising the Execution SGS/TWM Projects Portfolio, ensuring they align with the business goals, and managing resources effectively.
• Lead the team of Project Managers in charge of the Project Execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assure consistence of realized projects with the design received by the Design Team
• Assure correct handover of information to MO Team in charge of operation
• Develop and maintain detailed projects portfolio master plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, progress, and any changes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.
• Track and monitor performance of Projects in execution, assuring adherence to Company’s KPIs , timely advice deviance and plan necessary actions to restore / recover where necessary
• Determine critical requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors

• Education: Engineering Master Degree
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Proven experience managing and developing direct reports
• Proven experience managing and coordinating work groups and resources.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools .
• Familiarity with water treatment technologies Design, Construction, Commissioning and start-up
• Communication skills: English fluent written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Synthesis and pragmatic approach

• The jobholder would functionally report in the Sustainable Grow Organization to the Central Engineering Manager
• The jobholder will coordinate the activities of the Project Managers, that are dedicated to Execute new SGS/TWM solutions for our customers and will report to the jobholder
• The jobholder will assure the proper distribution of the workload inside the team
• The jobholder will assure the proper periodical communication of projects performance both external (to customer) and internal (to senior Management and Divisional Leadership) .
• The Jobholder will follow up the work of the team assuring consistence with Team and Division Goals and respect of KPIs
• The jobholder will monitor the performance of the team and highlight needs and risks to senior management where necessary
• The Jobholder would be home based in Spain
• Preferably The Jobholder has to be familiar with water treatment process technologies (Reverse Osmosis, Ultrafiltration, MBR, etc..) and/or wastewater technologies (DAF, flocculation, Biological treatment)
• The Jobholder would have had experience, even if limited, with plant operation & maintenance.
• The Jobholder has to be familiar with engineering drawings (P&ID, mass balance, General Arrangement, data sheets, troubleshooting list, etc..).
• The Job holder will periodically track and follow up Kpis of projects in execution to be consistent with expected financial performance according to Team Goals. He/sh will periodically update senior management
• The Job holder will be familiar with specific tools for project management (Ms Projects or equivalent)
• The Job holder shall be aware of Safety & Environmental aspects of legislation in Europe as well as CE certification requirements
