What You Will Be Doing
The position of the Client Services Associate is responsible for serving as the first level of support to existing clients, and managing and coordinating the completion of all language projects.
- Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technology
- Collaborate with various members of the production team to assess the scope of work and produce cost and timeline estimates for translation projects and requests
- Initiate all project related work by providing detailed budget, schedule and
- instructions to the project team and by anticipating pitfalls or potential roadblocks
- to successful completion
- Ensure that any pitfalls are addressed and resolved with the client before being submitted to the production team
- Where applicable, initiate some project specifics to set the production team /individual project up for success
- Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture, educating the project team and providing a high level of service
- Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, and ultimately produce high quality deliverables
- Serve as the central point of contact for and liaison between external client contact and internal production staff
- Set and fulfill client expectations
- Comply with internal regulations, processes and procedures in line with ISO standards
- Potentially trouble-shoot problem projects
- Understand and abide by individual project instructions and effectively communicate to the production team
- Investigate client complaints where applicable
- Discuss issues with clients and production staff and creatively problem solve to alleviate issues
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; must be able to take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service
- Customer service and/or project management experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment.
- Must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success
- Ability to work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in a foreign language a plus
- Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources a plus

Study Start Up Associate II
As a member of the Study Start Up Team, you will play an integral role in making sure that physicians at our research sites are prepared to start the trial of investigational, new pharmaceutical and biological products for clinical trials at their local practices.
The Role
- To review and negotiate clinical site investigator contracts and budgets.
- Stay connected with Investigative sites, sponsors and internal personnel regarding the status of contracts and contract-related documents
- Prepare and coordinate preparation of contractual documents and correspondence
- Facilitate the indemnification process between the study sponsor and the site.
- Function as the internal consultant on study budgets (investigator payments, develop and update training documentation and conduct group training as necessary, mentor and train new and junior personnel in the SSU department, and act as consultant on the Investigator Contract and Budget development process from origination through execution).
- A bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Juris Doctor (law) degree, or related experience is preferred
- SSU experience is desirable but not required.
- Experience in a clinical research environment with specific experience in study contracts review and budget negotiation or in related field such as where contract or legal document review is a primary part of you role.

Dependiendo directamente del Supervisor de nuestra Residencia de Pontevedra, tu misión será la atención directa al residente en la realización de las actividades de la vida diaria en las que necesite apoyo, en función de su grado de dependencia, así como atención personal y de su entorno.
Entre sus principales responsabilidades están:
- Higiene personal de los usuarios.
- Asistir en la alimentación.
- Realizar de cambios posturales.
- Acompañar a los usuarios.
- Y en general, asegurar que quedan cubiertas todas las necesidades básicas de la persona: vestido, alimentación, hidratación, eliminación, ocio, relaciones, etc
- Contrato laboral temporal.
- Jornada completa.
- Turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde.

Imprescindible contar al menos con una de las siguientes titulaciones:
