Tu trabajo se centrará principalmente en crear contenido para las diferentes cuentas de redes sociales de nuestros clientes, en todos los formatos, además de proyectos de identidad corporativa, diseño gráfico, grabación y edición de vídeos.?????? ?????????????????????? ???????????? ??????:- Diseño gráfico on y off, dirección de arte para sesiones fotográficas y de v��deo, participación en todo el proceso creativo…- Creación de contenidos para redes sociales. (Que te pases horas y horas haciendo y viendo Reels y TikToks, es un puntazo a tu favor).- Generación y gestión de planes editoriales para redes sociales e interacción con las comunidades.- Selección y curación de contenidos.- Idear campañas publicitarias creativas 360.¿??????´ ?????????????????? ???? ?????- 1 o 2 años de experiencia en gestión de redes sociales (trabajado en una agencia o dentro de una empresa en el departamento de marketing).- Una persona que tome la iniciativa sin tener que esperar a que le digan lo que tiene que hacer y hace que las cosas sucedan.- Ser curioso/a , estar atento a las tendencias, la actualidad y el lenguaje de las redes. (Queremos que seas el/la que nos cuentes el último trend antes de que lo sepa hasta nuestra prima)- Con dominio de Premiere, Photoshop e Illustrator.- Con atención al detalle, perfeccionista y con buen gusto.- Último, pero no menos importante: aplica a esta oferta solo si eres una persona que molas y quieres divertirte en tu trabajo, uniéndote a un equipo donde el sentido del humor es un imprescindible y descubrir hornos y cafeterías varias es un must.??????´ ??????????????????:- Ambiente joven, positivo, inquieto y dinámico.- Contrato permanente a tiempo completo.- Modalidad de trabajo híbrida (3,5 días en oficina).- Jornada laboral intensiva los viernes en teletrabajo, intensiva durante todo el mes de julio y remoto en agosto.- Oficinas en una de las zonas más chulas de la capital del Turia.?? What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in community management, employee engagement, or a related field, ideally within a tech or startup environment.
• Experience building engagement and community in a remote first environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Strong ability to organize and coordinate events that foster team building and community spirit.
• Experience with social media management and content creation, with a knack for engaging a corporate audience.
• Demonstrable skills in creating and implementing programs that enhance workplace culture and employee happiness.
• Familiarity with handling vendor relationships and budget management.
• Ability to facilitate open and effective communication, encouraging a feedback-rich environment.
• Adept at working collaboratively across departments to promote inclusivity initiatives.
• Educational background in business administration, human resources, psychology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
