En Bravent continuamos nuestra expansión internacional y queremos que te unas al equipo en nuestro centro de desarrollo en Madrid.
Buscamos un/a Consultor/a RRHH & Selección senior para incorporarse en el departamento de RRHH en Madrid y realizar tareas tanto de selección como de desarrollo de personas.
¿Quiénes somos? somos una consultora IT especializada en tecnologías y soluciones Microsoft con una importante presencia a nivel nacional, acompañada de una creciente expansión internacional, estando presentes en USA, Qatar y Perú.
Nos encanta estar a la última en Inteligencia Artificial, IOT, Realidades Extendidas, Data Analytics… y por eso buscamos una persona con entusiasmo, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, pasión por las tecnologías y ganas de formar parte de una compañía que apuesta siempre por la innovación.
¿Qué funciones realizarás?
- Selección de personal.
- Colaboración constante con responsables técnicos para comprender las necesidades de cada área y definición de perfiles.
- Mantenimiento de las bases de datos.
- Onboarding de nuevas incorporaciones.
- Gestión de documentación laboral (contratos, altas y bajas, bajas médicas, etc.) y seguimiento con gestoría.
- Gestión de la evaluación 360º y seguimiento de personas.
- Apoyo en las políticas de cultura empresarial.
- Gestión de herramientas internas de Talent.
- Interlocución con gestoría para gestión documental.
- Control y activación de programas de beneficios y compensación.

- Experiencia con proyectos internacionales

- Experiencia de más de 4 años en funciones similares dentro del sector tecnológico.
- Conocimiento de las leyes laborales y prácticas de empleo de España.
- Nivel de inglés alto C1 para gestionar procesos de selección internacionales (se realizará prueba de inglés).
- Imprescindible experiencia previa en selección de perfiles tecnológicos (Developers, IA, Cloud, Metaverso, Data, Business Central, etc.)

About the job
As a P&C Business Partner you will support the Iberia Leadership team for teams based in Madrid and Toledo (Supply Chain, Marketing, P&C, R&D, Finance, Procurement, IT) on strategic people priorities. You will support the deployment of our longer-term people strategy and be the connection across the market and regions to share best practices and support our ambition to build a One Suntory Culture.
Support with people matters on Supply and Staff areas
- Support the P&C Director with all people related matters and develop and deliver strategic HR programs and initiatives (e.g. change management)
- Collaborates with Center of Expertise and People Excellence team to implement and broker HR programs and initiatives
Advice to Business leaders
- Preferred HR Point of Contact (POC) and partner for business leaders
Employee Relations
- Provide support for escalated employee inquiries which are more complex and ask for higher levels of HR expertise
- Lead and manage complex ER cases
Key projects for 2024 and beyond that you would get involved in
- Support on organisational design and organisational development across all functions to build a future fit organisation
- Support on the DE&I strategy and plans for our 2030 ambition
- Support on the engagement plans for Iberia and build solutions to develop in areas like workload & communications
- Be the change expert on all change programmes in the Iberia market.
What you bring to the table:
- Strong knowledge on HR strategy and processes (experience in Supply is mandatory)
- Great influencing and communications skills at all levels of organisation
- Great team player able to navigate a matrix organisation
- Business savviness and understanding future trends and developments.
- Ability to impact and steer on business outcomes
- Employee Relations knowledge
- Ability to use and interpret data for business purposes and integrate in daily operations and solutions
