You will join the AI Business Analysts team at AIR Tech, which is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects, making sure that the needs of users and sponsors are correctly translated for the Data Scientists and AI ML Engineers of the AIR Tech team

AIR Tech Project Manager
Role
Within the AIR Tech team, the AI Business Analyst plays a central coordination role between team members (Data Scientists and AI ML Engineers) and our internal contacts (sponsors, clients, and users), namely:
- The framing: ensuring that AIR Tech fully understands the requirements and constraints as well as the relevance of the approach in relation to the needs of the users
- Project progress tracking: ensure project follow-up, anticipate and resolve any issues encountered, serve as the main point of contact with AIR Tech clients to ensure their engagement, act as a Scrum Master using agile methods to ensure regular project progression
- Promotion: Present the team's contributions internally and externally
- Deployment support: assist the implementation process of projects when relevant i.e. coordinate project sponsors, IT resources and AIR Tech contributors
Monitor the portfolio of AI projects (from AIR Tech and more broadly from RISK) by integrating various aspects such as clients, techniques used, risks, and benefits.
- Contribute to updating insightful dashboards to provide the strategic vision of AI usage within the RISK function
- Being the preferred contact for a group of RISK AI Ambassadors on an identified strategic cluster/pillar of the RISK function (e.g. Credit Risk, Operational Risk…)
- Ensure the follow-up of the existing AI use cases of this cluster

Within the RISK and Compliance functions, the AIR Tech team (AIR stands for Artificial Intelligence Research) is a team of AI experts tasked with developing artificial intelligence solutions for the RISK and Compliance functions.
It is also about assisting internal clients in defining projects, understanding which data is available, and what improvement points need to be implemented.
Next, the team applies algorithms to solve the identified problem based on the provided data.
Finally, AIR Tech develops systems/applications (interface + back end) to give access to the solution built to designated internal users.
In addition to developing use cases, the AIR Tech team also provides technical expertise on the topic of artificial intelligence (for example, reviewing internal solutions or through informal sharing sessions called AIR Tech Office hours) and actively contributes to the development of the AI@BNPP ecosystem, particularly on subjects such as bias, explainability, and model risk management.
