¿Qué podrás hacer?
Desde el equipo interno de Quality Risk Management prestarás servicio a los distintos equipos que integran el área de Advisory de la firma. Entre las principales funciones estarían:
- Coordinación de la gestión de la prestación de servicios en el ámbito de Advisory a clientes sujetos a restricciones.
- Comprender la necesidad de la Firma de cumplir con los requerimientos de risk & compliance y administrar los procesos necesarios para gestionar el cumplimiento.
- Analizar, canalizar y dar soporte en materia de riesgos al área de Advisory.
- Preparación de políticas, procedimientos y comunicaciones para dar cumplimiento a la normativa.
- Revisión de las políticas y procedimientos del área de Advisory para identificar, evaluar, administrar, monitorizar e informar los incumplimientos.
- Soporte consultivo en materia de risk & compliance.
- Trabajar en proyectos de índole nacional e internacional atendiendo a los principales clientes de la Firma.
- Aplicar técnicas de análisis de datos para identificar patrones de riesgo y oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de cumplimiento.
- Desarrollar scripts y herramientas en Python para automatizar tareas de control, generación de informes y validación de datos.
- Colaborar en la implementación de soluciones basadas en datos que mejoren la eficiencia operativa y la toma de decisiones en el área de Advisory.
- Formación deseable en carreras STEM, o bien estudios en Economía, ADE, Derecho o similar. Muy valorable formación de postgrado en Data.
- Experiencia previa de entre 6 y 12 años en áreas de Data, Risk & Compliance o auditoría externa/interna, siendo muy positivo el haberlo hecho en firma de servicios profesionales.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, tanto con cliente interno como externo.
- Habilidades e interés para manejar información masiva de datos, principalmente con Excel y PowerBI.
- Se valorará positivamente el dominio de Python o similar. Conocimiento de herramientas y soluciones tecnológicas, tales como CRM, ERP, Ciberseguridad, Digitalización de procesos, Analítica de datos, etc.
- Nivel de inglés: C1-C2. Conocimiento del funcionamiento de las políticas y los procedimientos internos y de cómo se generan y gestionan las oportunidades de negocio/comerciales.
- Deseable experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
- Se requiere capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas, habilidades interpersonales y para trabajar en equipo y por objetivos. Buena capacidad de comunicación, iniciativa, flexibilidad y compromiso profesional.

- Strategic Leadership: You will spearhead our new office in Madrid, engaging with top-tier clients across utilities, IPPs, developers, integrated energy companies, financial investors, and lenders. - Demonstrated background as market and commercial advisor in the Iberian power market, encompassing among others:
- Fundamental understanding of the Power and Low Carbon space and key value drivers, with analytical skills applied to wholesale electricity market fundamentals and market modelling.
- Experience in assessing value across one or multiple asset types in the power generation sector, from renewables to gas to storage assets.

The opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Business Development Spain, this position is responsible for supporting the new business and the retention of existing and generation of by leveraging relationships in the Spanish marketplace. Serves as the primary relationship manager for all broker management activities in Spain.
Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maximizes opportunities for profitable new business and retention by leveraging business relationships, research and analysis of business opportunities, product knowledge and underwriting acumen across multiple specialty business units consistent with strategic plans.
- Maximizes profitability of territory through superior broker management, development and planning. Leads rigorous broker review process.
- Establishes strong internal business partnerships with company underwriters, claims and risk control staff and educates on key broker relationships and marketing opportunities.
- Strengthens the distribution system through agency prospecting, activates new appointments and revitalizes existing brokers consistent with line of business strategy. Terminates broker contracts when warranted.
- Anticipates the needs of the broker plant, analyses trends, and implements proactive strategies that best position the company. Communicates the underwriting appetite and generates qualified business opportunities. Identifies areas of appetite synergies for cross-selling opportunities across the company franchise. Develops a highly disciplined approach to gathering territorial data and a high-quality territorial profile.
- Assists in the development of new program opportunities and the launching of all new company business segments. Enhances and delivers cross-sell opportunities across the franchise. Maximizes franchise value across the broker plant.
- Demonstrates expertise of underwriting appetite and guidelines and maintains a broad knowledge of the company’s operations and products across the company franchise.
- Regularly travels to key brokers and remains a visible presence in the marketplace. Monitors competition and activities in the region and provides feedback to best position the company and the business for the future.
- Market management activities to drive progress in net debt, pipeline, credit control and policy issuance.
- Stays abreast of industry, territory and insurance trends. Participates in industry events and/or ommittees as a representative of the company.
- Collaborates with underwriting teams to achieve topline plan through continuous business development and monitoring.
- Manage the data and insight work to ensure a seamless view of all broker MI to assist performance management and better ways of working.
- In collaboration with the control functions, ensures effective oversight and management of our control environment.
- Main focus on developing Business in Regions (Barcelona, Bilbao and Lisbon)

¿ Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Gestionar la entrada y salida del huésped garantizando desde su primera toma de contacto una sincera experiencia que transmita el espíritu de marca.
- Hacer seguimiento y resolver cualquier inconveniente que haya sucedido durante la estancia del huésped asegurando satisfacción 100% antes del momento del check out.
- Establecer metas mensuales y dar seguimiento diario a los KPI del departamento, encuestas de satisfacción o los programas de fidelidad.
- Asignar habitaciones respetando las solicitudes y preferencias de cada reserva.
- Asegurar una gestión transparente y correcta de la caja, acorde a las políticas del Hotel.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida con los departamentos de Housekeeping y Room service en cuanto a cambios asignación, room moves, nuevas reservas, upselling y solicitudes de huésped, etc.
- Promover una visión de negocio donde se maximice el ingreso del hotel.
- Administrar los recursos de manera eficiente y de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos del Hotel y del Departamento.
- Asegurar que el personal esté correctamente entrenado para cumplir con sus funciones, interactuando con el Departamento de Capacitación y entrenando de acuerdo a la filosofía y técnicas dispuestas por la Compañía.
- Representar la marca Thompson en cada interacción, creando conexiones emocionales y siendo un constante motor de experiencias únicas e inolvidables fomentando la fidelización de huéspedes a la marca en particular y Hyatt en general.
¿Qué es lo que nos gustaría que nos aportases?
- Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1) con experiencia internacional demostrable.
- Haber gestionado equipos con anterioridad. Buscamos a alguien con liderazgo y que esté acostumbrado a un ritmo de trabajo dinámico.
- Ser una persona orientada al detalle y proactiva.
- Experiencia previa en hotelería de lujo.
