Role Overview
This is a 100% new business sales role focused on driving growth across Southern Europe, with a primary emphasis on Spain and Portugal. - RESPONSABILIDADES TÉCNICAS:
- Soporte en el diseño de la estrategia local de P&R, de acuerdo con las pricing policies y la estrategia marcada por el Grupo Servier.
- Adaptación de los dosieres de valor globales al entorno local para el envío de la documentación necesaria de solicitud de P&R.
- Adaptación local de escenarios de precio, modelos de coste efectividad e impacto presupuestario.
- Anticipación de posibles amenazas y/o oportunidades en el acceso al portfolio de la compañía.
- Revisión, análisis y adaptación de los mensajes de valor con los argumentos clínicos y económicos para las presentaciones a los interlocutores y decisores claves tanto a nivel nacional/regional/local
- Detectar necesidades para el diseño e implementación de actividades que pongan en valor nuestro portfolio.
- Seguimiento de la evolución de los precios de los medicamentos Servier y anticipación ante cualquier posible modificación de precios de competidores.
- Seguimiento y anticipación de los cambios en el entorno y competidores para anticipar riesgos y oportunidades para acceso al mercado de nuestros productos.
- Noticias regulatorias de interés (nacional, regional y hospitalario
- RELACIONES STAKEHOLDERS EXTERNOS - ENTORNO:
- Conocimiento de los procesos de evaluación, precio y financiación de medicamentos
- Conocimiento de la normativa y legislación farmacéutica a nivel nacional.
- Anticipación de posibles amenazas y/o oportunidades en el acceso al portfolio de la compañía.
- Colaboración con el equipo de campo en los procesos de evaluación regionales/locales y en la puesta en marcha de proyectos con interlocutores externos para facilitar el acceso a nuestros medicamentos
- RELACIONES STAKEHOLDERS INTERNOS:
- Trabajar de forma coordinada con los equipos de acceso global, las unidades de negocio, y departamento médico, acorde a los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía, diseñando e implementando proyectos de valor
- Orientación transversal a optimizar el mensaje de valor de los diferentes productos del portfolio.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones administrativas, de compliance y/o burocráticas relacionadas con el puesto de trabajo.
Formación y competencias lingüísticas
- Formación superior universitaria, idealmente en ciencias de la salud.
- Valorable máster y/o formación complementaria en Acceso al Mercado y/o Economía de la Salud.
- Nivel de inglés C.
- Experiencia de al menos 4-5 años en departamento de economía de la salud (HEOR) y/o precios y/o acceso al mercado dentro de un laboratorio farmacéutico o consultoría enfocada a la industria farmacéutica.
- Experiencia en el área de oncología y especialmente en medicamentos huérfanos.
- Conocimiento del entorno sanitario y su normativa.
- Conocimiento del mercado español, políticas de salud, procedimientos de evaluación de acceso al mercado y precio y reembolso de medicamentos.
- Conocimiento de los principios de farmacoeconomía y de las medidas de sostenibilidad y de uso racional del medicamento en España.
- Manejo de búsquedas bibliográficas y análisis de publicaciones científicas.
- Manejo de Excel y modelos económicos de impacto presupuestario y coste-efectividad.

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.”
In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in geology, mining engineering, environmental management, or related fields
- General professional experience: Experience in extractive industries or natural resource governance
- Specific professional experience: Sustainable mining, ESG standards, critical raw materials value chains
- Language: English is mandatory
