Responsibilities
Invoice Management:
Check and approve incoming invoices in DSS and SAP
Issue outgoing invoices (milestones, additional invoices i.e transfers between sites, credit notes)
Prepare payment requests for Finance and monitor incoming payments

Support Cost controllers to have better forecast on Total CAPEX of each project
Qualifications
You have graduated in Business Administration, or other relevant fields, with no more than 3 years having passed since graduation
You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
SAP skills are desirable
