Key Responsibilities

• Efficient collaboration, interaction, troubleshooting and resolution during incident and requests management
• Post-production release verification during/after System Releases and Data Center Site Switches
• Ensure the environment-dependent configuration of each application
• Proactively raise improvement actions to be prioritized by the teams based on metrics and monitorization
• Uses monitorization to identify potential incident/issues to be fixed
• Solve incidents and improve software so that avoid this incident happening again
• Proactively solve incidents when KPIs raise that there is a deviation that could provoke an incident
• Identify the necessity of new monitorization and creates it, defining automated alerts and scalation processes/process execution
• Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and updates.
• Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Conduct training sessions and create user guides to help partners effectively use our software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs.
  
  

Candidate ProfileExperiences And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in software and applications.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM and KANBAN)
• Technical background (SQL, HTML, PowerBI or similar).
• Advanced English (min B2). Knowledge of other languages such as French, Italian and/or Portuguese would be an asset.

En Securitas Direct, part of Verisure, buscamos incorporar un/a Manager de FP&A – Business Controlling para el cluster de LATAM. Esta posición tendrá un rol clave en el acompañamiento del crecimiento del negocio en la región, actuando como socio/a estratégico/a del negocio a través del análisis financiero y operativo de los principales KPIs, adaptados a la realidad de cada país.Reportando directamente al CFO del cluster LATAM, la persona seleccionada contribuirá activamente al desarrollo de las unidades de negocio y a la toma de decisiones estratégicas, asegurando un uso eficiente de los recursos financieros y una visión integral del desempeño del negocio.Se incorporará al equipo de FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), con un fuerte foco en Business Controlling, planificación financiera, análisis de performance y generación de valor.Principales responsabilidades

• Actuar como business partner financiero de las distintas unidades de negocio del cluster LATAM, aportando análisis, insights y recomendaciones accionables.
• Realizar análisis financieros y de negocio recurrentes y ad-hoc, identificando tendencias, riesgos y oportunidades.
• Analizar y explicar el rendimiento del negocio a través de KPIs financieros y operativos clave.
• Coordinar los procesos financieros con áreas transversales.

Requisitos y experiencia

• Más de 7 años de experiencia en posiciones de Auditoría, Control de Gestión, FP&A o similares, idealmente en entornos multinacionales.
• Titulación universitaria en Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar.
• MBA o Máster en Finanzas (valorable).
• Sólidos conocimientos en contabilidad, reporting financiero y análisis de negocio.
• Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y experiencia en modelización financiera y análisis de datos.
• Alta capacidad analítica, pensamiento crítico y fuerte entendimiento de los drivers del negocio y KPIs.
• Habilidades de comunicación, organización y gestión de procesos.

The Transformation office Intern will be a key member of the Transformation Office team, reporting to the managers of the team. The role will be based in Madrid. The Transformation Office Intern will work side by side with HR Transformation managers to define and ensure adequate and consistent implementation of several strategic projects across all HR functions. What will be your challenges?

This role aims to strengthen cross-team collaboration by compiling and providing a unified Quality perspective, enabling consistent planning, governance, and decision-making across the department. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or another technical-related field (MiM or advanced degree is a plus).
• At least 4 years in a high-performance environment with a strategic role: program management, strategy/ ops consulting, PMO business operations, or similar cross-functional roles. Experience in a strategy consulting firm (such as BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, …) is a plus.
• Strong execution and project/ program management capabilities: planning, tracking, risk/dependency management, governance. Proven track record on PMO functions and delivering cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to move from analysis to practical execution and measurable impact.
• High attention to detail and rigor in delivery.
