Estamos en búsqueda de un Desarrollador FullStack con experiencia en Python, React y Java, conocimientos en la implementación de componentes de inteligencia artificial, y experiencia demostrable para unirse a nuestra IA Factory.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

• Participarás en la creación de la IA Factory de Deloitte Technology.
• Formarás parte de un equipo multinacional.
• Desplegarás toda tu creatividad identificando áreas de mejora y posibilidades de automatización, proponiendo mejoras que cubran dichas oportunidades.
• Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones Fullstack para casos de uso que integren LLMs, asegurando una experiencia de usuario intuitiva y eficiente en nuestra plataforma.
• Colaborar con el equipo técnico en la integración de componentes backend y frontend, utilizando tecnologías como React, Python y Java.
• Trabajar en la incorporación de la inteligencia artificial en los casos de uso orientados a los trabajadores de Deloitte, participando en la preparación de datos y en el postprocesamiento de modelos de IA para cada solución.
• Identificar y proponer mejoras en los casos de uso para potenciar la automatización de procesos en diferentes áreas de negocio.

• Certificaciones técnicas en desarrollo o en tecnologías de inteligencia artificial.

Requirements:

• Spanish: High level (C1 or equivalent).
• Based in Madrid and ready for a hybrid model (go to the office 1/2 per week)
• Experience in developing APIs and microservices.
• Experience in writing unit and integration tests using xUnit.
• Experience in monitoring and tracing systems with Azure Application Insights.
• Proven experience with Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure environments and related services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• English: Intermediate level (B1-B2). Ability to read technical documentation and participate in occasional meetings.

• Successfully compete clinical trial protocols, investigator brochures, and informed consent forms.
• Determine appropriate safety monitoring and risk management strategies.

• Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to support decision-making.
