Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Vejer de la Frontera. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the guest farm, ensuring high standards of guest service, maintaining facilities, and managing staff. Core responsibilities include coordinating activities, managing bookings, overseeing agricultural operations, and fostering a welcoming environment for guests. The role involves financial management, marketing, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management, guest services, and facility maintenance.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting including use microsoft office.
• Strong marketing and communication skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• An empathic attitude towards animals ( if this isnt a qualification it should be )
