Some days a collection begins with a texture. Other days, with a reference, a silhouette or a feeling that slowly starts to take shape.

At Massimo Dutti we understand design as a process of exploration: researching, testing, adjusting and starting again until we find the right balance between creativity, product and quality.

We are looking for a Designer who wants to be part of this process.

Someone passionate about collection and product development, with sensitivity for detail and design, who enjoys analyzing trends, exploring materials and collaborating with different teams to build collections with intention.

Caring for the product, the quality of the garment, the materials and the creative process is part of the way we work. Each collection is born from collaboration between teams and from a constant search to create garments that endure, consistent with the identity of the brand and the people who choose us every day.

If you are motivated by analyzing trends, exploring innovative fabrics, developing product and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, this challenge could be for you.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop the collection for your category aligned with the Massimo Dutti brand positioning and customer profile.
• Analyze trends, consumer behavior and market benchmarking to identify product opportunities.
• Develop the creative concept of the collection through mood boards, storytelling, colour selection and materials.
• Research and select fabrics, materials and finishes ensuring quality and consistency in the product.
• Follow up the development of samples and collaborate with suppliers and production teams.
• Work cross-functionally with Buying, Product Management, Pattern Making and Quality teams to ensure the correct development of the collection.

• Strong sensitivity for product, fabrics and quality, balancing creativity with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Organization and efficient time management in dynamic calendars.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and results orientation.
• Proactivity, autonomy and adaptability in creative and fast-paced environments.
• Degree in Fashion Design or related fields.
• Previous experience as a fashion designer.
• English for communication with international suppliers and development trips.
