* Driving the planning and forecasting cycles in close collaboration with operational managers

* Delivering accurate and timely management reporting to local leadership and group controlling

* Performing variance analysis, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions

* Monitoring KPI performance and leading discussions with management around target achievement

* Executing monthly SAP CO closings and analysing financial results

* Preparing business performance analyses and management reports

* Supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including inventory valuation and risk assessment

* Contributing to the preparation of board-level presentations and business reviews

* Conducting ad-hoc financial analyses and supporting strategic decision-making

* Developing business cases and evaluating investment opportunities

* Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

* Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar

* Proven experience in controlling roles within an international environment

* Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and advanced Excel skills

* Solid understanding of financial processes, planning and reporting cycles

* Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented way of working

* Strong communication skills and ability to partner with senior stakeholders

* High level of proactivity, ownership and teamwork

* Fluency in Spanish and English
