- Provides human resources and administrative management to the organization to meet the business objectives within a fair working environment
- Leads the processes, procedures and tools to attract, retain and motivate the manpower according to Corporate and Division policies
- As process owner, is accountable for the IMS process management (process review, KPIs management, procedure periodic review and update, corrective and preventive actions implementation as needed and resources provision for process realization) taking into consideration relevant requirements and its evolution
- Interface with Head of Departments and Managers for devising and implementing HR policies
- Be a partner with the business, through participation in the business planning, performance and operational reviews and other activities
- Ensure the reliability of the payroll system, control the payroll access and guarantee data security
- Plan and adjusts short and long term manpower needs according to business evolution and according Plant budget
- Advise Department Managers on organization choices and staff evolution
- Identify needs, evaluate organization/position and modify attributes
- Co-ordinates and is involved in every step of the managers, technicians and supervisors recruitment and induction
- Manage training plan and training costs improvement follow up
- Formulates and implements the remuneration, benefits and welfare policies
- Source and optimize governmental subsidies on labor, environment, welfare…
- Liaise with corporate in order to conduct marked-based pay compensation comparison
- Ensures consistency in the compensation and benefits policy for the whole site
- Adapt reference JDs, Skills profiles… to local context
- Conduct assessment of learning and development needs (including soft skills, management and leadership skills, executive coaching) using POAE HR team places
- Drives the competencies management
- Monitors the performance review
- Manages administrative cases, payroll, and the disciplinary issues
- Ensures the smooth running of the industrial relationships by having a role of interface between management, employee representation and employees
- Develop and implement action plan to improve employee findings after employee surveys
- Supports the plant HSE in ensuring safety and improvement of the work conditions. (if applicable, otherwise only as member of management to support the HSE management)
- Ensures good communication processes throughout the plant to ensure issues are identified early and resolved
- Deploy the internal communication policy to ensure the employees are informed properly: e.g. Information boards, newsletters…
- Manages HR staff by giving them objectives and by planning the needs for the department
- Keep informed about the legal evolutions on social law and constantly evaluate the actual policies within the plant
- Manage the legal permits of foreign employees
- Monitor the monthly HR related reporting
- Maintain good communication process and fear relationship with Union Members
- Coordinate personnel development plans, to assure fluent operations having skilled and motivated personnel
- Will set up the plant HR’s processes and procedures in line with the PO processes, the business goals of the organization, the budget, the local legislation and the best HR practices
- will recruit MOI and MOD
- will supervise training plan for technical key positions and induction for all key position to build motivation, discipline, good management practices and industrial peace for the following year

Competences Requirements
- Knowledge / Qualification
- Previous Experience (if relevant)
- Key technical competencies
- Key behavioural competencies (on top of PO Group competencies)
Good knowledge of local legislation.
5-7 in HR field (with a minimum experience as a generalist):
Good experience in all HR processes (recruitment and training and industrial relations) and in statutory compliances.
Experience in industrial context.
Good command of English.
Strong leadership and good communication skills.
