Our methodology emphasizes quality and significant improvement in language proficiency. Additionally, we provide document translation and desktop publishing services for businesses.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tolosa for an Assistant Director/Teacher. Responsibilities include conducting English language classes for small groups of professionals, developing customized lesson plans, and collaborating with the team to meet the language training needs of business clients. The role also includes coordinating schedules, evaluating learner progress, and contributing to the enhancement of teaching methodologies. Supporting document writing, lessons planning and assisting with the structure and curriculum development of the academy will also be part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Passion in English and experience in Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language
• Skills in Curriculum Development and creating tailored lesson plans
• Strong Interpersonal, Communication, and Collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members
• Organizational abilities for scheduling classes and managing resources
• Familiarity with Document Translation processes or a related background is a plus
• Capability to adapt teaching styles to fit client needs while maintaining high-quality instruction
• Experience in classroom or business settings; background in education or linguistics is an advantage
