- You'll continuously challenge processes by analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Working with cross-functional teams, you'll diagnose processes, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with different stakeholders to improve our value chain flow, enhance quality and safety, and reduce waste and costs.
- We'll count on you to support internal consultative services using techniques such as process mapping, value stream mapping, and establishing performance standards/metrics (KPIs).
- Taking a hands-on approach, you'll implement process improvements by working closely with both tech and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and efficiency gains.
- You'll produce comprehensive documentation of existing and new processes, supporting both high-level mapping and detailed manuals when necessary.
- Following up on implemented projects and initiatives will be key to monitor progress, ensure proper adoption, and achieve expected benefits.
- Your experience includes mapping processes and documentation capabilities with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Visio.
- You possess strong communication and training skills to effectively share insights and drive adoption of new processes.
- As an effective change agent, you can influence positive business change and demonstrate solid stakeholder management.
- You bring a growth mindset, enjoy taking on new challenges, and constantly seek ways to enhance performance and processes.
- You apply strategic thinking to business problems, with a focus on end-to-end processes rather than isolated components.
- You're adaptable to an international, multicultural environment and have high digital literacy.
- Your project and time management skills allow you to multitask effectively across various initiatives.
- You have a high level of English fluency. Additional languages are advantageous (particularly Spanish, Italian, or German).
- A Lean Six Sigma certification is beneficial.
