Executive Assistant - Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our clients Sales Director while overseeing the daily operations of the group’s real estate branches.

This role combines executive support, team leadership, and operational management, acting as the Sales Director's right hand and ensuring efficiency, consistency, and performance across the group locations.
You will need to be fluent in English and Spanish with other languages a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Personal Support

Act as the primary point of contact for the Sales Director

Manage calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and communications

Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents

Handle confidential information with discretion

Team Leadership

Lead and manage the team of branch assistants across 7 locations

Recruit, onboard, and train new assistants

Set performance standards and monitor team productivity

Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance evaluations

Operations Management

Monitor daily operations of the group’s real estate branches

Ensure consistent processes, branding, and service standards

Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements

Coordinate between branches to ensure alignment and collaboration

Data Control & Reporting

Monitor and maintain accurate data across CRM systems and internal tools

Track sales performance, leads, and conversion metrics

Prepare regular performance reports for the Sales Director

Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards

Branch Efficiency & Performance

Analyse the operational and sales performance of each branch

Implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met

Troubleshoot operational issues quickly and effectively

Budget Responsibility

Oversee budgets for the group branches together with the Sales Director

Monitor expenses and optimize cost efficiency

Assist in financial planning and forecasting

Ensure adherence to budget guidelines

Communication & Coordination

Act as liaison between Sales Director, agents, team assistants, and other departments

Ensure clear and consistent internal communication

Support company-wide initiatives and projects

Misión del Cargo

Reportando directamente al General Manager será responsable de:

• Las operaciones del hotel: planificación, coordinación, gestión, supervisión y análisis de resultados en todos los departamentos del hotel.
• Liderar e inspirar el alto rendimiento en los equipos hoteleros, evaluando y manteniendo continuamente un servicio de alta calidad y procesos de trabajo eficientes.
• Asegurar la correcta implementación de los procedimientos y políticas de Meliá Hotels International, alineados con los planes estratégicos.
  
  

¿Qué buscamos?

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos de Subdirección.
• Experiencia previa en hoteles Lifestyle/Luxury y en departamentos en contacto directo con cliente (GEX, F&B, Front Office).
• Capacidad para liderar la operativa del hotel con un fuerte enfoque en el huésped, con gran atención al detalle y pasión por la excelencia.
• Persona dinámica, con perfil de anfitrión y capacidad para liderar equipos.Capacidad demostrada en Gestión de Recursos Humanos y Desarrollo del Talento.
• Titulación universitaria.
• Conocimiento de las herramientas informáticas utilizadas en la gestión hotelera.
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Movilidad geográfica total.
