Customer Service Representative
Are you an outgoing and friendly person with excellent communication skills? Do you speak native-level English? Do you have excellent administration skills? Would you like to be part of a young and friendly team working for a company that is rapidly growing? Then this could be the job you are searching for. We have an exciting new permanent customer service position based from our client’s offices in the Fuengirola region.
Requirement
· Fluent in English, both written and spoken (native level) and ideally Spanish
· Excellent communication skills at all levels
· Strong administrative skills
· Good IT literacy
· Professional, well-presented
· A dedicated, hard-working person who works well within a small team environment
· Willingness to learn
Responsibilities
· Provide all-round administrative support to meet the needs of the business
· Keep the company database up-to-date
· Provide a high standard of customer service to stakeholders at all levels
· Communicate with customers and stakeholders by telephone and email
Package
· Permanent contract, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, 1 hour lunch
· Salary starting at €1350 per month net increasing to €1500 net after 2 month probation
· Excellent long-term, career progression
· Ongoing, in-house training
