Buscamos una persona altamente organizada, proactiva y discreta para brindar soporte ejecutivo a Dirección/Presidencia y apoyo administrativo al área de Recursos Humanos.

Responsabilidades

Executive Support / Apoyo a Dirección

• Gestión y coordinación de la agenda de Dirección/Presidencia.

• Coordinación de comidas, reuniones y reservas con socios, clientes y otros interlocutores clave.
• Preparación y seguimiento de reuniones, incluyendo logística, documentación y soporte previo y posterior.
• Gestión de gastos, facturas y apoyo en el control presupuestario relacionado con Dirección.
• Atención a necesidades operativas y administrativas del día a día de Presidencia/Dirección.

• Apoyo en la priorización y seguimiento de temas clave para asegurar una gestión eficiente del tiempo y las actividades de Dirección.

HR Support / Apoyo administrativo a Recursos Humanos

• Soporte en tareas administrativas del área de Recursos Humanos.
• Gestión y seguimiento de documentación de empleados/as.
• Apoyo en procesos administrativos vinculados a incorporaciones, archivo, coordinación interna y actualización de información.
• Soporte en la organización de acciones internas, comunicaciones o iniciativas de HR.
• Colaboración en la mejora y orden de procesos administrativos del área.

Administración y soporte general

• Apoyo en la gestión administrativa de oficina: facturas, seguimiento de gastos y coordinación con proveedores.
• Elaboración de reportes simples y seguimiento de información básica de soporte.
• Propuesta de mejoras en procesos internos para ganar eficiencia, organización y calidad en el servicio de soporte.

Requisitos

Imprescindibles

• Experiencia previa en posiciones similares: Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Management, HR Admin o soporte a alta dirección.
• Experiencia dando soporte directo a perfiles directivos o de presidencia.
• Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Microsoft Office.
• Alta capacidad de organización, planificación y seguimiento.
• Discreción, confidencialidad y manejo adecuado de información sensible.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas, priorizar y resolver incidencias con agilidad.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trato con diferentes interlocutores internos y externos.

Se valorará

• Experiencia previa de al menos 2-3 años en posiciones similares.
• Experiencia con herramientas de RR. HH. como Personio o similares.
• Conocimientos básicos de procesos laborales y documentación de HR.
• Nivel de inglés B2/C1, especialmente en entornos internacionales.
• Experiencia en coordinación de viajes complejos y gestión de agenda de alta dirección.
