One of our long standing clients in Germany is starting a new venture in Spain opening up an office in sunny Valencia! We are very excited to partner exclusively with them to build out their business support team there and seeking experienced team assistants and executive assistants to join their new office!
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone currently working in professional services to make the move to Spain as English is mandatory, but German and Spanish are preferred also. They have a significant team of executives already out there and you will be joining a growing team while being a part of a global company offering wide range of opportunities for growth.
My client prefers candidates with a background from financial services, private equity, banking or management consulting, but of course the fit is the most important element in the end.
*Please note: We won't be considering any candidates with no existing right to work in Spain.
THE ROLE
- Diary and email management
- Management of calls, actioning as appropriate.
- Arranging internal and external meetings and welcoming of guests.
- Administrative support with the onboarding process and induction of new joiners.
- Expense management and invoicing
- Organizing complex international travel itineraries.
- Covering EA absences during holidays.
- All other ad hoc project and administrative tasks – e.g. post, printing and binding, and archiving as required.
THE CANDIDATE
An ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role must:
- Have background from professional services, ideally from private equity, finance, law firms etc
- Be a team player and have a can do attitude
- Speak English to a professional level, Spanish is preferred but mandatory for the right candidate
- Have secretarial, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Have professional communication skills
- Approach each task with urgency and have the ability and will to work to deadlines
- Take on ad-hoc projects when required
- Have a right to work in Spain.

Misión:
Dar apoyo al equipo directivo facilitando su día a día atendiendo visitas, llamadas telefónicas, organizando y gestionando las agendas del equipo directivo, organizando reuniones, viajes y preparando documentación de actividades administrativas.
Principales funciones:
- Atender a las visitas y las llamadas de los directores, filtrando y canalizando las mismas con el fin de facilitar su labor diaria.
- Preparar, organizar y asegurar el correcto equipamiento de reuniones, viajes y almuerzos de los directores y de su equipo.
- Realizar actividades administrativas, documentación, documentos de pago, validación de facturas, recogida de correo y su distribución, etc. para las diferentes áreas de SEUR .

Role Description
This is role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work with one of our clients, will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, offering executive support, and handling administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding English skills, hands-on experience with accounting tools (especially Holded), and a solid background in office management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Managing Director and leadership team in Barcelona & Gemany.
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and daily office operations
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications in English
- Oversee accounting tasks: invoicing, expense tracking, bookkeeping, and financial reporting using Holded and other accounting tools
- Coordinate office supplies, vendor relations, and facility management
- Assist with event planning, internal communications, and project coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written & spoken), with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar administrative role
- Hands-on experience with accounting tools—Holded experience is a must
- Solid background in accounting or finance (invoicing, bookkeeping, expense management)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Based in Barcelona, with the ability to work on-site. No hybrid mode.
