Responsabilidades principales
- Dirigir la planificación financiera del grupo, garantizando una correcta gestión de presupuestos y previsiones económicas.
- Supervisar las operaciones financieras diarias asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros.
- Coordinar y preparar informes financieros, mensuales y anuales, proporcionando análisis detallados para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Controlar y optimizar la estructura de costos, identificando oportunidades de mejora y ahorro.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas contables y fiscales vigentes en España y la correcta presentación de impuestos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de liderazgo para desarrollar estrategias financieras que impulsen el crecimiento y la rentabilidad.
- Gestionar las relaciones con entidades bancarias e inversores, asegurando una comunicación fluida y transparente.
- Analizar los riesgos financieros y proponer acciones correctivas para mitigarlos.
- Implementar sistemas de control interno para asegurar la integridad financiera y la precisión de los datos contables.
Requisitos
- Titulado en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o campo relacionado.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puesto similar, preferiblemente en el sector de promoción inmobiliaria.
- Amplio conocimiento en normativa financiera y fiscal española.
- Habilidad demostrada en la gestión de equipos financieros y en la creación de estrategias financieras efectivas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
- Dominios en herramientas financieras y contables.
- Residir en Estepona o áreas cercanas.

Right now, we are looking for an SAP FI/Finance Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting-edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.
The opportunity
You´ll be working using the best practices of SAP solutions from FI/Finance area including S/4HANA. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the processes in Cloud, Hybrid and on Premise environments, proceed successfully with greenfield and brownfield approach and dealing with Agile and combined methodologies. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects.
Your key responsibilities
As a member of our team, you´ll have a chance to extend your experience. You´ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Finance. You´ll be helping clients to successfully go through IT transformations to implement new solutions offered by SAP, i.e.: S/4HANA, Central Finance, VIM, FPSL, Group Reporting, Accrual Engine, RE-FX. You´ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have
• 4+ years of experience in SAP FI/Finance implementation.
• Experience in standard project tasks: Fit-Gap workshops, configuration, testing, documentation, training, data migration, Cutover preparation and execution.
• End-to-end business processes understanding.
• Knowledge in implementation of system enhancements and preparation of Functional Specifications
• Strong knowledge about configuration of FINANCE, in some of these areas: Enterprise structure design, Finance Master Data, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Fixed Assets, Real State, Statutory Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Profitability Analysis, Management Reporting, Strong cross functional understanding with PP, MM, SD.
• Good accounting knowledge.

• Strong team working skills.
• Higher Education Degree.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency on other languages (German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, etc.) in verbal and written communication is welcome.

Job Description
As a Business Analyst – Equity Swaps, you will support a Global Markets Equity Swaps programme, working closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams. The role focuses on understanding business requirements, ensuring front-to-back alignment, and supporting the delivery of strategic and regulatory initiatives related to equity derivatives.
You will provide ongoing BAU support and contribute to continuous improvements across the end-to-end Equity Swaps lifecycle, with operational coverage aligned to US business hours (11:00–20:00 Spanish time).
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Trading and Sales teams to understand business priorities and Equity Swaps requirements.
Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across the full trade lifecycle.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support the definition and maintenance of target operating models for Equity Swaps.
Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment with control and regulatory frameworks.
Perform impact analysis for regulatory, business, and technology-driven changes.
Validate data outputs, reports, and reconciliations from a business perspective.
Support User Acceptance Testing, including scenario definition, execution support, and business sign-off.
Identify opportunities for process optimisation to reduce operational risk and increase efficiency.
Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
Facilitate workshops and working groups across Global Markets functions.
Support programme governance by tracking risks, dependencies, and business readiness.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Global Markets or Investment Banking.
Strong knowledge of Equity Swaps and equity derivatives products.
Solid understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle and operating models.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
Experience working in regulated environments with robust control frameworks (desirable).
Exposure to regulatory initiatives impacting equity derivatives (desirable).
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Technical awareness of system integrations (APIs, SFTP, queues such as Kafka or Tibco).
Basic understanding of network connectivity concepts (IPs, Firewalls, NATs).
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and control orientation.
Ability to work collaboratively in global teams with a proactive, delivery-focused approach.
Desirable experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
